If you want to fill the cavity by yourself you need to go to learn and study a course known as BDS ie bachelor of dental surgery. Which is a five year course and then you are able to do certain works on your own else you need to visit the people who have already done that known as dentist.

Kindly get scaling done and use mouth wash twice daily for 15 days. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique. Also try to do warm saline gargles as this will keep the area around wisdom tooth free of any food accumulation and it will not cause any decay.

We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning, root canal treatment & capping. Until then apply clove oil on the decayed tooth. Rinse frequently with mouth wash.

Fainting during injection is due to fear of something. What do you fear of. Ask your doc to spray anaesthetic over area where it's to be injected. This will reduce the pain of injection you r taking.

Sir toothache cannot be cured by just using some toothpastes. You must visit a dentist and find out the cause for the pain. Pain means infection. So the infection in the tooth must be removed only then the pain will stop. By just applying some items on the tooth it will not go. So please visit a dentist without fail.
