Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. Madam, when one is on adequate dosage of levothyroxine then tsh is maintained around 3 to 4 mu/l, t3 & t4 are in normal range. That is considered as controlled hypothyroidism. Another aspect is please do not keep changing the dosage rapidly. It take about 6 weeks to see appropriate change in tsh levels. Hi lybrate-user, don't worry it can be cure easily, if the condition is acute and yours slr test is poitive you can do extention types of exercises only, in chronic case with slr test negative you can switch in to flexion based exercises. Or you can visit near by physiotherapy center ,physiotherapy treatment has been shown to help with pain from sciatica by reducing inflammation and relieving muscle tension.
