Firstly I would suggest following the 20-20-20 rule
"take a break every 20 min - look at an object 20 feet away - for 20 sec"
if you wear spectacles, use the ones with blue light filter.
Finally, use eyedrops with carboxymethyl cellulose 0.5% with soc (preservative free ). One drop in both eyes 4-6 times a day.
I suggest you undergo dry eye evaluation if symptoms persist.

Go for covid test.
1. Do saline gargles daily (preferably twice).
2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.

You must be having dry eyes and dry skin it is better if you apply carboxy methy cellulose eye drops frequently in the eyes. Take oil bath twice or thrice a week to prevent dryness if skin. Apply coconut oil in the vaginal area. It will give some relief from drynes. Besides take a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables.

Due to long screen exposure on mobile or computer. One can suffer from dry eye, chronic red eye or chronic neck stiffness. To avoid this, limit your screen time to 30 minutes at a time. If not possible, take small break after 30 min. Move your eyes in all directions, blink them 10 times, rotate your neck side to side and up- down 10 times. Rotate your wrists clockwise and anticlockwise 10 times. Have water. And continue your work.

For dry eye if you wish to use the same molecule as celluvisc then can use tearmax eye drops 2 to 3 times a day or other molecule like systane ultra eye drop 3 times a day is also beneficial.
