Follow these dos and don’ts to help your knees feel their best.
1. Don’t rest too much. Too much rest can weaken your muscles, which can worsen joint pain. Find an exercise program that is safe for your knees and stick with it. If you're not sure which motions are safe or how much you can do, talk with your doctor or a physical therapist.
2. Do exercise. Cardio exercises strengthen the muscles that support your knee and increase flexibility. Weight training and stretching do, too. Fo...more

Hope your plasma treatment is helping. Other two medications you r taking is mainly pain killers. You can gradually stop those and see how effective is plasma treatment. As it’s new modality, it’s still under trails. No significant good results to everyone.
If it doesn’t work, probably needs knee replacement surgery. Best wishes.

If there had been ligament tear, the muscles surrounding the joints may overwork or work differently leading to excess pressure on the joint, leading to what is termed as secondary osteoarthritis. So, it is essential to ensure the muscle tension gets addressed appropriately prior to strengthening the muscles, to avoid worsening of the degeneration. It is recommended to consult an orthopedic physiotherapist or manua...more

Movement of the human body happens as a result of coordinated movement between the bones and the muscles. There are also cartilages that enable bones to move over and against each other, enabling body movement. Like other body parts, these are also prone to normal wear and tear. This causes bone movement to become less elastic, more rigid, and painful. This pain and inflammation of the bone joints is termed medically as osteoarthritis. It is one of the degenerative joint disease (DJD) of the bon...more
