Paget disease can be treated by removing the entire breast (mastectomy) or breast-conserving surgery (BCS) followed by whole-breast radiation therapy. If BCS is done, the entire nipple and areola area also needs to be removed. If invasive cancer is found, the lymph nodes under the arm will be checked for cancer.

No need for anti rabies injection it can spread by saliva since your friend is in good health even after 5-6 months of dog bite hence no need to worry
but I advice you to quit smoking.

If re-exposed, persons who have previously received full pre-exposure or post-exposure
treatment (either by IM or ID route) vaccine should be given for only two booster doses,
intramuscularly/intradermally (0.1 ml at two sites) on days 0 and 3, but no rabies
immunoglobulin. Only adequate wound washing would be required in case of re-exposure
where animal bite victim has documented proof of complete PEP or PrEP within last three

Dear lybrate-user, thanks for reaching out since rabies in normal looking dogs is quite common, I will suggest that you take the vaccines again but a short course is needed. You can consult me for details otherwise go to your nearest clinic for the same.
Please clean the wound with soap and water and betadine solution and get vaccines immediately take care.

Clean the part where dog bite under running tape water n lifebuoy soap as it contains carbolic acid.
Inj tt one ample intramuscular in deltoid region intramuscular.
Vaccine
inj rabipur/ verorub/abhay rub any one on 0, 3 7 28 days intradermal in deltoid region.
First booster after six months.
Second booster on one year.
