Cold Cough Questions

I get white clear cough from the right side of my chest. It also feels inflated sometimes especially when I eat something sour or cold or use earphones. It has been there since a long time now. I once had bronchitis sometime near the end of 2018 and I think it has been there since then. I feel as if a lot of cough is stuck throughout the right side of my food/wind pipe whenever I use ear phones the congestion increases and if I eat something cold or sour occasionally blood comes along with cough otherwise only clear cough comes out but I have to force it alot and sometimes it also pains in my lower right side area of the chest, under the right side ribs also I can breath much less from my right nostril than the lest one and it produces some wizi sound on breathing especially while sleeping.

1. Do saline gargles daily. 2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. 3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected. 4. Drink hot liquids --hot liquids relieve nasal congestion, prevent dehydration, and soothe the uncomfortably inflamed membranes that line your nose and throat. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results and gives relief in long term consult online with details.

Cough and phlegm on exposure to cold air. A slight cold air triggers cough and phlegm. A slight cold air also makes the body cool. Can anyone tell what is the problem? Blood report: all blood tests are normal except esr. Esr - 52 temperature - 96.5 no fever, no running nose, no sneezing.

1. Do saline gargles daily (preferably twice). 2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. 3. Drink hot liquids --hot liquids relieve nasal congestion, prevent dehydration, and soothe the uncomfortably inflamed membranes that line your nose and throat. 5. Sleep with an extra pillow under your head-- elevating your head will help relieve congested nasal passages. If the angle is too awkward, try placing the pillows between the mattress and the box springs to create a more gradual slope. 6. Treat that stuffy nose with warm salt water-- salt-water rinsing helps break nasal congestion, while also removing virus particles and bacteria from your nose. 7. Blow your nose often (and the right way)-- it's important to blow your nose regularly when you have a cold rather than sniffling mucus back into your head. But when you blow hard, pressure can carry germ-carrying phlegm back into your ear passages, causing earache. The best way to blow your nose: press a finger over one nostril while you blow gently to clear the other. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results. Consult online for details.

Respected sir/ madam my father's age is 50 years and he is having constant cough from last few years and doctor said it is allergic reaction. He had some medicine from some ayurvedic company and during the time he took medicines he don't feel cough issues. Few days back when the problem persisted we had the blood report followed by the x-ray. Esr was 40 and the x-ray says that peri hilar increased broncho vascular seen on either side. During cold weather and the rainy season cough cause more problems. Please do mention the problem (it is a serious concern) and please mention the treatment also. Thank you.
