If placenta is low lying and anterior , there is no need to take the risk of a normal delivery. LSCS has to be done to save the mother from hemorrhage & to save the baby from getting asphyxiated

Yes if your placenta has moved up there should be no reason why you cannot try for a normal delivery unless there are some other problems.

Perfectly all right finding. The placenta which prov ides nutrition oxygen blood to baby is not formed lower down, that might cause bleeding and a loss.
