Hi, Had unprotected sex with person of unknown status 7 months back. Did duo test at 21,28,100 and 170 days and all are negative. All test were done at Dr. lal path labs. Concerns is that in earlier test index value were around 0.07 where as in test done at 170 days is 0.81. Is this shoot up in index value matter of concern? Also having regular pain in groin for last 6 months although don't have swollen lymph nodes.
