I have swelling in my right index finger since 30 days its not reducing. But its not fracture. What should I do?

Use ice 5 times daily for 5 minutes for 2 days and wrap a bandage over it and do some exercise 5 days.

Use ice massage 5mints thrice a day. And support the finger by using tape to attach with middle finger. If still continue your swelling. Contract the orthopedic or physio.
