Its because of dryness and dirt on your feet. Do these to cure it:- # properly clean your feet with pumic stone or soft brush. Clean your dead skin properly because it leads to cracks on heels. # massage your feet properly with good quality cream. It decrease dryness. You can apply crack cream at night also. # try to wear closed shoes when going out. # you can go for pedicure after every 15 days. You can also do this at home. Fill half bucket with warm water. Add any shampoo and a pinch of salt in it. Now dip your feet in this. After 5 mins clean your heel with pumic stone. Now again put your feet in warm water for 5 mins. After this wash your feet with normal water. Now clean feet with towel and massage feet with cream. # drink adequate water atleast 8-10 glass. # eat healthy food like green veges and fresh fruits. These tips will help you.

I have some physical problem which I want to share. My age is 31 year, and I am 6'3" tall. But I am not able to gain my weight. My weight is approx 55-59 kg only. I have another problem that I have eosinophil from long back (at least from last 10 years). I am not even sexually fit also as I think. Please give me advice.

Dear lybrate-user, Namaskar, Body form and physique is generally decided genetically. However your efforts can modify it substantially. Join a Gymnasium ,do exercises and take guidance of a nutritionise-Dietician for gainig body weight. Get proper treatment for eosinophilia from a Chest and allergy specialist. Take Tab. Carnitor (Win medicare) 2 tab. Twice a day for 15 days and then 1 tab twice a day for two and a half month for your sexual shortcomings. Take care.

1. Check your hemoglobin, bp. 2. Avoid stress, anxiety, severe physical and mental exertion 3. Take adequate rest and sleep for 7-8 hours daily to remain healthy 4. Have good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits etc 5. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily) 6. Take one capsule of revital daily after breakfast 7. Consult doctor for further advice.

Sir please guide a DAILY healthy vegetable n fruits chart for all Normal persons.
Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Hello, yes it is possible to increase height at your age but Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

Eat appropriate amount of protein. Have small meals at frequent intervals Avoid sugary and high calorie drinks Drink plenty of water Choose low calorie meals Eat more fiber Drink green  tea Eat mostly whole, unprocessed cereals.
