Hello lybrate-user, having 1/2 glass of water with meal and a glass post 30-40 minutes should be fine. Gas problem happens due to empty stomach i. E not eating for long hour or indigestion. Having small frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hours will help. Avoid late night dinner and sleeping immediately postmeal should be avoided. Have 1-2 tsp sauf post meal or chewing few mint leaves should help.

either u do not wash the area properly or u may be using it internally so it is hurting ur mucosa. if it is allergy then whole area will become red and painful.so try to wash only surface from outside and donot go inside or flush water inside.

Hi. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week.

First health check up and proper diet will help you. Use bigger plate. Eat more food more often. Use whole cream milk. Take weight gainer supplement. More dense fruits and vegetables, unrefined foods. Extra fish, egg. Lean meat, cottage cheese, tofu, mushroom, soy product, yogurt. Extra fat in cooking. Take nuts and seeds. Drink lots of water not just before and during meals. Exercise to gain weight. Proper rest.

I am a 33 years old guy and I don't drink and don't smoke at all and I am an IT professional. We have been trying for our 2nd baby for 6 months now we have a 6 years old daughter which happened wih natural way without ajy issue. She further advised few more tests like FSH, LH, Prolactin, Testosterone, Total the results of all are given below. FSH = 3.61 LH = 2.41 Prolactin = 11.57 Testosterone, Total = 221.72. I absolutely don't have lack of sexual desire rather I feel I more then my friends not sure why the hell this Testosterone level has come low. I haven't gone through any surgery of any type whatsoever in my life. Please suggest me If this low Testosterone is the root cause having No sperm formation, Can this be treated or you suggest that Grade 1 varicocele is the culprit here.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours.
