Homoeopathic medicine adel 4 (adel) drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily. Vitamin-d plus (bakson) chew 1 tab daily drink 2 glass milk daiy and rest accordingly.

Yes you can controll your weight but for this you have to do some modification in your diet & excercise. I am talking about healthy diet not dieting. You can lose your weight upto 5 kg by following a good diet plan & excercise or a healthy diet with right ratio of calories, protein & carb. You have to avoid such type of unhealthy food like fried, oily foods, fast & junk food, tea, coffee, sugary products & sugary drinks. You should take a healthy breakfast. If you want to lose your weight please don't skip it because it will help you to boost your metabolism, includes salad with lunch & dinner. Use 6 small meal pattern instead of 3 major meal.

Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night. They also cause sleeplessness. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind.

Prescribe some effective cream or some other way to get rid of acne scars. My skin is not oily. I have using retino-A for 2 months. Now I do not have active pimples but there were scars. So plss leave me a good suggestion for it.

There are multiple modes of treatment available for acne, like PRP therapy, dermaroller treatment, fractional RF. For that the scar should be graded. Please consult a plastic surgeon or dermatologist.

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

To reduce weight you have to adopt a twin pronged strategy of Exercise + Better Nutrition. You need to indulge in one hour of exercise daily. Gym is better because pools are crowded and it becomes more of a bath tub experience. In gym you can do one hour of intensive exercises. 3 Common Beauty Myths Busted!

Skin is the body's most expansive organ, but a few people know how to take care of their skin properly. Between media hype and amateur beauty tips, it is hard to differentiate between myths and reality. For example, should you splurge on an expensive moisturizer or not? Here's the truth behind three common beauty myths

  1. You need sunscreen only when you're outdoors on a sunny day: Sunscreen should be applied everyday whether you're indoors or outdoors. It is a misconception that we are safe from the sun's UV rays when we're indoors. However, UV rays are of two types. While the UVB rays that causes sunburn are blocked by walls, we are still vulnerable to the UVA rays indoors. UVA rays are responsible for skin ageing and skin cancer. Similarly, on cloudy days, we are safe from UVB rays but still need protection from UVA rays. Ideally, your sunscreen should have a minimum SPF of 20-30. If you don't like applying makeup over sunscreen, pick makeup products that are enriched with SPF. You need to moisturize and tone your skin everyday. 
  2. No two people have the same skin requirements: While it may work for a person with dry skin to moisturize their skin every day, this may be detrimental for someone with oily skin. If you have oily skin, look for a lotion instead of creams, but if your skin is dry, you definitely need a cream based moisturizer. Similarly, a toner is great for oily skin but can disturb the PH balance of dry skin. Also take a look at the climate before you moisturize your skin. Moisturizing your face regularly in a humid area can lead to breakouts, while using a toner in dry weather can make the skin rough. 
  3. Makeup causes acne: Makeup aficionados can breathe a sigh of relief; wearing makeup for extended durations does not lead to acne. The way you use your makeup and the type of product you use are the villains here. Contrary to popular belief, foundation is designed not to be absorbed into skin pores but to form a layer over the skin. Using expired products is also one of the main causes of acne. The other reason makeup is thought to trigger acne is because, if you go to sleep with makeup on, you may wake up with a breakout. This is because not washing your face, clogs your skin pores with the day's grime and dirt. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Dermatologist.

For beard take euclyptus oil+ onion juice+ amla juice equally mixed and after washing face apply this mixture. Keep for two hrs. Vit a, b, c, e and proteins should be abundant in diet. Report every fortnight for next step. No need for artificial protein powder and biotin.

I'm working in a IT company. From my school days I was bought up in a atmosphere where all like me and respect me. Infact most intelligent girl in school, college wherever I go. I'm very straight forward. I don't like people with two faces. I don't like people speaking at back. In my company I was put into designation which I feel like'it's not the right designation for me' I was put into support project in which I will have work for only an hour a day. But the company pays me very well. The thing is I'm not satisfied with my job now. During my college times I have a start up for me, for which I used to work for day and night. Sometimes I have not even come to home. I'm that much dedicated to my job I need a change from this job. There are many internal opportunities in my company. But my manager is not releasing me from this project. Yesterday I went to talk to my manager regarding this. And she doesn't speak like a manager she spoke like a local person. It triggered my anger I argued with her. She told many words which has hurt me very badly. Atlast convinced me since she was afraid I may escalate her. Now the problem is I'm disturbed. My mind is keep on thinking about yesterday's conversation in repeat mode. I couldn't concentrate on anything. I need some positive energy. I want to survive in that place. She made me felt inferior. :(I need a good counselling.

Dear lybrate-user, we cannot change the thinking of people around us what we can do is to make ourself such that we don't get affected by the behaviour of others. We cannot make everyone happy ,there is always two sides of coin. Is anyone that much important that you are wasting precious moment of your life for her/him. If someone will give you something and you will not accept that thing ,then that thing will remain with the same person, make your life's philosophy like this because at every stage of life there will be many people who will criticise you at different points of life and as you will progress then this criticism will increase ,think about the head of any nation how much criticism he/she has to face. Inspite of being the most powerful person people always cricises him/her for whatever he does. When these types of thought disturbs you write it on paper, make yourself busy as much as you can so that you don't get free time to think on this topic, make some good friends, with whom you can share everything, if possible take break for few days and make some plan to go anywhere.
