If you are not having any digestive problems then you need not take any supplements as god has given you a very strong digestive system. Without indications any medication can be harmful. You can take curd aa it contains lactobacillus.

hello, Here am providing you few tips to provide good digestion capability to your digestive system: 1. EAT A high fiber rich food vegetables fruits and legumes. Choose both soluble and insoluble fibre like cabbages,spinach,wheat bran, nuts. 2. Low fat foods,high in fat as it lowers digestive process. 3. Choose lean meats,as protein is essential part of healthy digestion. IF u eat non veg select lean cuts like skinless poultry. 4.Drink plenty of water to improve your digestion. 5.drink water 30 min before and after your meals,Avoid drinking water just before and after your meals. 6.Eat low fat curd daily as its a probiotic to improve your digestion. 7. EAT in schedule.Fix a time for your meal n snacks inbetween. 8.Skip the bad habits of consuming alcohol,smoking,excessive caffeine. 9.
