Whey protein can cause gas and bloating, do not take too much milk, instead take fresh curds - You do not need digestive enzymes Make sure you are not constipated, use isphagul powder 2 tablespoons with a big glass of water at night and make sure you are drinking enough water throughout the day.

If you are not having any digestive problems then you need not take any supplements as god has given you a very strong digestive system. Without indications any medication can be harmful. You can take curd aa it contains lactobacillus.
