If you are underweight and really want to gain couple of kilograms to the current weight, I recommend trying some of these suggestions..Dont go for major changes in your diet a it will make thing worse for you.Start aiming small goals and move forward . Find the one that is suitable for your needs and use it every day • Banana milk shake • Banana 3 times a day • Muskmelon, 3 times a day • Mango with a cup of milk, or mango milkshake • Raisins, 30g daily • Dried figs, 2 times a day • Bran (100-150g) with fruits, ideally papaya • Fruit diet with milk • Cup of hot milk with some honey • Cup of milk, boiled with some almonds, anjeer and date palm • Eat more fatty foods (bitter, flour, rice honey, raisins, figs, dates, etc.)

What is the real reason behind the surgery?

The decision to have breast augmented surgery should be a woman’s alone. Friend’s advice or pressure from your partner should not play a role in this. Since this is a complicated procedure, getting the surgery done with external pressure can lead to disappointment.

How expensive are these surgeries?

Breast augmentation surgeries are slightly expensive compared to other plastic surgeries. However, the price of the surgery varies depending on the procedure chosen and the doctor who is performing it. It makes sense to consider a clinic which fits the budget and has a very good reputation of its own. Planning your finance well in advance should be one of the top priorities of a woman.

The Risks-

While most breast augmentation surgeries are harmless, there are potential complications that go with it. Bruising and swelling are common risks that are involved with this procedure. This might even last for a week. If surgeries go wrong there is a potential risk in getting a second surgery to set things right. The candidate might have to take antibiotics and pain medication for quite a few weeks till things become normal.

Think about a realistic size-

There is this general notion that breast augmentation surgeries do not give a natural look to a woman. To ensure that one gets a natural look, it is very important to choose the right size of the implant. While it remains a personal choice, the appropriate breast size makes a woman more attractive.

Set the expectation right-

Most breast augmentation surgeries give people a positive outlook towards life. They feel more confident and happier than before. Having said this, there are chances of potential changes in the physiological and physical front. Before the surgery, a detailed discussion with the doctor is recommended.

Where should you have the surgery from?

While there are many places that offer cheap implant options, money should not be the only consideration. A surgery as important as this should have various parameters weighed such as the experience of a doctor, the success rate of the doctor, talking to people who have undergone the same procedure from the same facility etc.

Is a night stay at the clinic mandatory?

A night stay at the clinic is not mandatory. While some clinics emphasize for a night stay so that the patient can be kept under observation, some prefer that their candidates go home and heal at the privacy of their homes.

Pregnancy-

If a person is planning to get pregnant after the surgery, there is a potential risk of breastfeeding. While most women do not face this, there are considerable ones who come across this problem. A prior consultation with the doctor will help to take an informed decision.

Hi incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

I am a veg, aged 82 and having osteoarthritis in both knees (left more) for about an year. Unable to stand or walk for long. Even at rest the pain occurs occasionally. My weight is 88 k.G. I avoid using Indian commode and climbing stairs. Cannot sqat on floor.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar. Life-style correction 1) correct your sitting posture. 2) take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) foot should rest to floor easily. 4) take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) do neck & upper back extension, give feedback after 4 days.

Hair loss can be linked to excessive eating and obesity, even though they are not the direct causes of hair loss.The person who is overweight tends to lead a sedentary lifestyle, which for various reasons helps to create the conditions that trigger hair loss. Very little exercise and too much intake of fatty food can damage to your hair and overall health. There can be other reasons also behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *Take a sound sleep. *Do brisk walking. Hi, here are the tips for removing suntan: -apply tomato juice on your skin. -apply cucumber juice mixed with lemon. -mix fuller's earth (multani mitti) with little rose water and a dash of lemon in it and apply on the skin. Rinse it off once it is dry. -soak feet and hands in lemon juice. The citric acid contained in lemon juice is an effective skin lightener, and can be used to fade or remove both natural and fake tans, particularly from stubborn areas such as hands and feet. Lemon juice can be quite drying, so be sure to moisturize hands and feet with a rich moisturizer after using this treatment. -raw potato contains quantities of vitamin c, which is used in many skin lightening treatments. Some people claim to have successfully lightened tanned skin by rubbing the juice from a raw potato on the darker areas. -simply mix a cup of crushed sugar with some high quality olive oil and a little freshly squeezed lime juice. Rub this mixture all over the body with clean towel or washcloth dampened with warm water. Wash off in the shower. -aloe vera is said to help fade dark tans, in addition to relieving burns and helping to heal wounds. Use the gel-like sap directly from a broken leaf. However, aloe vera may make your skin extra sensitive to sunlight, so be sure to wear sunscreen outdoors when using this treatment. -coconut water applied topically to the face and hands is said to fade tan while also leaving skin soft and supple. For best results, it should be applied on a daily basis, no need to rinse off. Medication and management: wear broad rim hat if possible. Wear goggles. Use of an umbrella whenever you are out in the sun. Drink 10-12 glasses of water everyday wear full sleeves clothes for covering the skin. Eat plenty of seasonal fruits, green vegetables, salads. Use schwabe's skin care soap, apply calendula & aloe vera cream immediately after bathing, apply bakson's suncare sunscreen 20-30 min. Before going out under the sunlight. At night, use bakson's papaya pack and after washing face apply it's fairness cream.

Follow these tips to lightens and remove the dark marks -. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will lightens the mark definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark marks 2-3 times daily. 4. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly.
