This could be due to dehydration only. Drink plenty of liquids to maintain hydration. Eat healthy diet. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday. eat smaller meals frequently than heavy food. First medical check ups.Along with this eat small amount of food.But do not skip meals.Give her lots of whole fruits,vegetables.Use unrefined foods small amount.Give her fish,egg white,lean meat and other sources.Don't give her fast foods,junk foods,processed foods,soft drinks,cola beverages.Drink lots of water specially before meals but not during meals.Encourage her to play. She can do swimming,skipping,cycling.These will be helpful if there is no health problems.

Hi Zafar.. Ideally you should first get treated with pimples... once the pimples are cured... then we should think of removing the scar marks...otherwise the new scars will continue to appear... So better take proper internal homoeopathic medicine to treat pimples...by consulting through lybrate... Still you may use homoeopathic cream Topi Berberis... to apply locally..

Hello to give equal attention to your health while going through your daily routine might be difficult. My solution for you will be to start giving time for your physical exercise in the morning. Make a habit of waking up early and decide your one hour of physical exercise according to your comfort. Pursuing physical exercises during the day time or in the evening proves to be difficult. It's not as if you don't have time for your fitness. It's all about priorities.

1. Do regular exercise for 30 minutes daily like brisk walking 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3. Control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, full cream milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, tomato, legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting dietitian 5. Monitor your fasting, pp blood sugars monthly and hba1c six monthly.

I am having frequent headaches. Using spectacles but still having headaches. I sit in front of computer for more than 10 hours daily due to work pressure. Are these the signs of spondylitis?

Headache only cannot confirm spondylitis, it could be cervicogenic headache. But its difficult to say without examining. Sitting for long hours infront of the computer affects our posture and that can result in muscular aches and pain so you should do some exercises at work like neck movements in all direction, also chin tucking exercise, back extension sitting on a chair, shoulder exercises. Also drink lots of water. Use a foot rest and make sure your computer screen is at the eye level and back is properly supported.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap
