Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u...If u go for extreme dieting if will result in deficiency of nutrients. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation. 9. take beetroot in salad it will increase haemoglobin.

Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water. 2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day. 3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. Also follow these exercises daily - 1. Swimming 2. Skipping 3. Pull-ups 4. Suryanamaskar.

Strict Sun Protection. Apply Sunscreen La Roche Posay Anthelios SPF50 Dry Touch / Bioderma Photoderm SPF50 before Sun Exposure. Azelac RU Serum for application twice weekly at night (very little) for 1 month. Lumacip Cream twice weekly at night (very little) for 1 month. Tab. Ethiglo once daily for 1 month. Tab. Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. In absence of any medical disorder responsible for the same, these points towards a psychological cause. Usually psychological vomiting has underlying stress, unresolved anxiety issues and at times depression in its causation you may follow some suggestions. - avoid liquid or semisolid diets. - drink only little water that too after 2-3 hours of having food. - avoid spicy and oily foods - eat every 3-4 hours but in smaller portions.

Am 27 years now. My stomach paining a lot suddenly at some days. Getting this sort of pain about 3 times in last 10 months. Consulted with doctor and always saying that would be food poison/stone at kidney. Everytime I get that pain, my doctor used to drip me and some injections. You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time …. 1) take meals twice in a day only …2) try to take liquid diet as per your body strength …. 3) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 4) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and after meal one hour…5) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 6) avoid late night sleeping habits …. 7) do exercise regularly in form of walking, jogging, running, cycling, aerobics. For 15-30 minutes as per your strength…. A) Take 10-10ml of ginger juice and honey before meal. B) TAKE 30 ml of maadiphala rasaayan along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meal. C) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Follow it for 7 days if it is helpful then give your valuable feedback, if it is not helpful then consult to your family physician…………thanks.

If you're starting again after a long time, then I would advice you to start in a gradual manner. Don't give your 100 percent on the first day as it can cause pain in your leg muscles or doms effect (delayed onset muscle soreness). Aim for 1-2 kms during the first week at a slow pace. Now gradually increase both the distance and the speed. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: monday/thursday: chest + triceps tuesday/friday: back + biceps wednesday/saturday: legs + shoulders don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein.

Hello. Please ask him to apply Faireye under eye cream twice a day on dark circles for 3 months. Have fruits, proper sleep and adequate amount of water daily. Avoid stress and sun exposure. Wear sunglasses.

Do you have any hint what have caused you this problem? identity it because there can be several causes of this problem like sleep loss, stress or malnutrition. So the first treatment is to identify the cause and address it, but if the problem persist even after that then you need medication. Another pathology can be anemia, hypothyroidism and doing lots of experiments with hair fall and shampoo. If in your case no such circumstances and causes available then it needs to be treated holistically. So in either of the case you can get back to us for right diagnosis and treatment.

I had taken unwanted kit tablet, in june month the periods will come for 10 days like that, after taking unwanted kit again am taking pregnancy test, it shows oly negative. If your test is showing negative then that means pregnancy is no more there your next cycle may get disturbed as unwanted kit is hormonal tablets and it can disturb your cycles for sometime.

I would suggest you to use a mild/gentle cleanser for face wash, twice daily e.g cetaphil or sebamed cleansing lotion. You may use a topical antibacterial e.g clindamycin or benzoyl peroxide gel just as a spot treatment for active acne or milia during day time. At night you may use a topical retinoid e.g Adapalene gel, over the whole affected area. Topical retinoids are antiinflammatory as well as comedolytic; therefore they help with both preexisting acne as well as prevent new acne formation. Topical retinoids also help fade away the pigmentation/dark spots/PIH as a result of acne and from irritation to salicylic acid.
