I have black spots on my face I have medicated for four months but there is no change how I get relief from spots.

Apply masoordal flour mixed with curd on the spots and keep it for half an hour and then wash your face. U will get best results in 10-15 days. Also avoid spicy foods, outside foods. Wash your face with plain water 3-4 times a day.

There is nothing quick and easy for a natural healing. The dull ness and darkness takes time to show on the face after a lot of exposure to sun, to pollution, bad eating habits etc. So does reversing it. -you should start eating healthy, take vitamin c in your diet. -cleansing-toning-moisturising before sleep. -de-tan your skin with gram flour, turmeric and yogurt paste. -apply sun screen whenever outdoors. -cover your skin with cotton cloth when outdoors, -go for regular face clean ups.

Rinse your face with water and apply honey on it. Wash it after 20 mins. Take iron supplements and drink pomegranate juice daily. Do pranayam daily and you need to drink water atleast 2 l daily. Take 1 glass of coconut water daily.

Dear Lybrate User, *Avoid spicy, oily and sour foods. *Eat fresh, unprocessed food. *Increase the use of herbs that have cooling effects on the body like fennel, coriander seeds, Indian gooseberry (amla) and aloe vera. *Increase intake of water to about 8-10 glasses per day. *Wash your face frequently with mild herbal soaps. *Avoid irritant cosmetics. *Prepare a powdered mixture of coriander seeds, fennel, basil, turmeric and Indian gooseberry (amla) in equal parts. Take ½ teaspoon of this powder 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. *Have 1 teaspoon of powdered Indian gooseberry fruit (amla) in morning and evening with water. *Do not squeeze the acne lesions.

• To remove dead skin cells and lighten your underarms, rub a lemon wedge on the skin for a few minutes. Leave the juice on your skin for about 10 minutes and then wash the area thoroughly. For better exfoliation, you can sprinkle a little sugar on the lemon wedge and then use it. Do this a few times a week. • Another option is to mix a little turmeric powder, honey or plain yogurt in some lemon juice and apply it to your underarms. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off. Repeat three or four times a week.

Dear, follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. *• Apply one teaspoon of honey for 30 minutes and wash it off. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water.

My skin produce excess sebum. I am 23 years old still I have excess oily skin problem. I have to wash face 4 times a day in every 3 hours. And within a week I get new whites on whole face especially on forehead, side face, chin. There are many fixed sites where I get very big white heads nodules. I keep extracting them in every 7 days. And its again pop up. No acne problem or whiteheads turn to blackheads if left for more than 20 days. I have lot of whitehead on my face I can easily feel them with fingers. I have this problem from teenage. But I think by now it must have controlled. So only way it can be controlled by controlling my sebum production. Do Vitamin A helps for that?

To control excess sebum you can try AHA glow face wash which does a good job of controlling excess oil. As far as whitehead is concerned diet plays a big role in keeping them in control. Eat as less oil as possible, leave junk and soda, take vitamin C juice daily and keep your digestion in order by eating lot of fibre.

Dear, Dark circles or black circles under the eyes are rarely caused by temporary circumstances and are more difficult to treat than bags under the eyes. They are often the result of some combination of the following: lack of sleep, chronic stress, menstrual disorders, pregnancy, poor diet and medications. For others, dark circles are a hereditary trait. People who suffer from allergies and sensitivities often have a bigger problem with dark circles as well.

Hi thanks for writing. According to your height your weight should be 65 kg you have to loss 8 kg weight only. Do not worry its not a big target you can easily loose this 8 kg weight. First we have to find our reason of your weight gain. There are so many reason for weight gain. You have to remember one thing avoid dieting for weight, cause dieting will help you loose some weight but after some period you will put on double weight. Tips for weight loss. 1.
