I am 28 years old women. Before 4 years I took a surgery for lump on my right breast. At the same time a tiny lumps on my left breast too. I took needle biopsy to the both breast at that time. The result is normal. The biopsy result of right breast is also normal. After 6 months of surgery I got married and delivers a child before our first anniversary. My left breast lump is become larger during this period. Am i suspect the left breast lump cancer. I am afraid to a medical examine. Please give me a clarification.

M.CH - Surgical Oncology

Hi, it is normal for benign breast lumps to enlarge rapidly during pregnancy. They usually don't turn into cancer. They enlarge secondary to the hormonal changes durimg that time and may regress back later. But if you still have a large persistent lump, please do consult a surgeon in person as a clinical examination will reveal a lot more. And if needed you can get it removed. Most importantly, your doubt regardin cancer will be clarified. Hope his helps. Take care.

Hello. White patches/ dots on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. The white spots and patches can also be because of deficiency of vitamin d (for which 15-20 minutes of exposure to early morning sunlight without sunscreen is needed, 3-4times a week). Or else they could be idiopathic (i. E, without any cause). Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder which can be treated with homoeopathic medicines, but chances of relapses are also there. Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. Meantime, you can start with homoeopathic medicines - cina 1m/ one dose daily at night and ars. Sulph. Flavum. 200/ twice daily for 20 days (it is safe). Apply a good brand's sunscreen with spf 40 on the skin (specially on the white patches/ spots) 20-30 minutes before going out under the sunscreen and reapply it after 3-4 hrs. Again.

I have tinea corporis. What is treatment of tinea corporis? How long for proper response.
It's a fungal disease and can be cured by taking proper antifungal medicines for it. You need to keep the affected area dry as to avoid it's spread to other areas. For treatment you need to send a picture of the affected area so proper extent is known and treatment started accordingly. Till that time you can apply onabet cream.

Warts can be removed by radiocauterisation procedure. This is a one time procedure. Local creams are not very effective and sometimes can cause irritation if applied improperly. It is better to remove them . Also keep your weight in check.

Why do some people get dark suddenly even when they stay protected without getting exposed to the sun?

Why do some people get dark suddenly even when they stay protected without getting exposed to the sun?
Hi. There are many reasons of getting tanned/ dark colored. One of the major causes is sunlight. If that is not the case, then other causes can be - a recent or underlying illness/ diseases, stress/ tension, anger, unhappiness, negative thinking, anxiety, nervousness, fear, etc. (N.B.: exposure to morning sunlight for 15-20 minutes is essential for all of all for synthesis of Vitamin D by the body for strong bones. Strong bones leads to strong immunity).

Fibro adenoma breast is a benign condition. If it is fibroadenoma, nothing needs to be done. Transformation from fibroadenoma to cancer is rare; regression or resolution is frequent, supporting conservative approaches to follow-up and management. Follow-up every 6 months is recommended with you doctor/surgeon. Thanks.

How to remove black color dark circles from below the eyes and what necessary precautions should be taken.
Hi Yogesh., Here are some of the most common causes of true under-eye circles. 1.Allergies 2.Atopic dermatitis (eczema) 3.Contact dermatitis 4.Fatigue 5.Heredity — dark under-eye circles can run in families 6.Pigmentation irregularities — these are a particular concern for people of color, especially blacks and Asians 7.Rubbing or scratching your eyes 8.Sun exposure, which prompts your body to produce more melanin, the pigment that gives skin its color 9.Thinning skin and loss of fat and collagen — common as you age — can make the reddish-blue blood vessels under your eyes more obvious. Medication:- 1.Massage in a circular motion with Tavishi oil regulary twice a day. 2.Apply sumukha facepack regularly with honey. tips:- 1.Get your beauty sleep. 2.Eat well. 3.Regularly undergo meditation and perform exercise.

Pimple never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e on scars. You may have heard that applying vitamin e to a scar will help it heal faster. But according to a study, applying the nutrient directly onto a scar can actually hinder its healing like daily apply night microbenz cream daytime use ahaglo facewash.
