Rather than using these medicines, I suggest you following to control acne - use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily.
Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week.
You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Hello, All night creams contain Vit A derivatives like retinol or tretinoin, Depending on the concentration it may take 4-6 months to see results. Better option is to take tretinoin cream at higher concentration for short duration and then switch to lower concentration. Also the tretinoin creams cost one tenth the cost of these night creams.
