I hope you have taken those 21 tablets of Yamini regularly without break.
If you have taken the tablets regularly just don't worry after 7 days gap from the last dose, start a new even if you don't have periods.

Better to do a follicular monitoring in the cycle after 1-2 cycle gap after femilon and then decide if further management required.

Yes you can start yamini tablets from day 2 to day 5 of your menses. But you should do regular exercise s, take weight reduction measures, healthy diet. Lifestyle modification is more important for managing pcod related health issues.

Take yamini tablets one tablet daily preferably at night after meals from day 3 or 4 of your cycles till day 24. Once you finish your strip you will get your period after 2-3 days. Then restart the next strip similarly from day 4 of your menses. You can take yamini pill for 3- 6 cycles. You need to do lifestyle management. Do exercise regularly. Eat healthy low carbohydrates diet.

There is no harm in taking contraceptive pills for 21 days. It will regularize your periods and there will be no pregnancy.
