The iformation given is very little to give any opinion. I need to know full details like fasting, PP & HbA1c%, dietary pattern extent of daily exercise, total medications being taken with exact dosage. Plus please clarify in your "medical conditions" there is a mention as T1 diabetes. If that is the case then how is that you are on Diamicron? Because T1 DM is only treated with Insulin Injection. No other anti diabetic drugs is used. Thanks.

Diabetes should be well controlled
target hba1c should be 6
you can conceive but have to shift to only insulin therapy during pregnancy
dose have to be adjusted accordingly.
If uncontrolled sugars are there chances of large baby and deformity are there.

No Glimepride (Amaryl) dose is too high and totally unacceptable. Plus the dosing of thrice daily is absurd. Trajenta is a good medicine but then again to be taken after breakfast. Moreover, Sugars are still uncontrolled - Hence the whole treatment is going to waste.

It is safe. The new medicine does not cause low sugar levels but it potentiates the effect of the other medicine. Hence, you should be careful to avoid low sugar levels.
