Hello, gliclazide should be preferably taken in morning before meals, teneligliptin can be taken at night before or after meals according to your convenience both should be taken on the same day.

No, there's no know side effect of Teneligliptin in the form of throat irritation or infection. On the other hand if your blood sugar levels are high you are prone to infections. I suggest get your sugar and Glycosylated Hb checked

The given blood glucose numbers are fairly good. Ideally FBG should be < 100 mg, Pp 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. However, your glucose control is definintely good enough. It can be further improved by a bit more exercise daily and controlling the diet a bit better. Your ideal body weight should be about 65 kgs, so a reduction of 3 kgs will be more beneficial.
