I think there is need to optimise your treatment and enhance your social connections. I know it is difficult to find a meaningful reason to live sometimes. But it is a transient phase, keep calm and contact your paychiatrist for optimising your treatment and take cbt sessions from psychologist which will help you restructure your thoughts and thereby you shall know what to do for a living once you are better.
