This tablet is given when a woman has less number of eggs than normal. However, it's not very much effective, although it does not have much side effects. Therefore we advise to start treatment of Infertility ( after checking your tubes and Husband's semen) soon. Because if you rely on Ovigyn D3 and delay fertility treatment, your eggs in ovaries may be exhausted.

It all depends on the timing & technique of iui. Seminal parameters are also important. You can try for few more cycles, if ovulation is confirmed.

To reduce the uric acid levels in blood, you may need to limit intake of alcohol, sugary foods and reduce purine rich foods like meat, poultry, seafood and pulses. Vegetables such as cauliflower, asparagus, spinach, peas and mushroom also contain a lot of purines

You can take medication any of them
Simultaneously try for conception
None of these will significantly improve AMH levels
So give yourself 3 months more If you don'™t conceive then seek treatment for pregnancy by a infertility specialist.

Dear Lybrateuser, - The dietary sources of folate are mainly green leafy vegetables such as spinach, asparagus, fenugreek leaves, sprouts, whole grains beetroot, non veg foods like salmon
- the best natural source of vit D is sunlight, exposure for 10-15 min daily is sufficient, other sources are organ meats, cheese, fortified milk & milk products, cereals, fish like salmon, mackeral, tuna
- also if levels are quite low then supplements along with diet would be required.
