I'm having secondary infertility. My amh is 1.46.had failed ivf. Now I'm on ovigyn d3 along with trufol for three months. Can it help me conceive naturally. please guide.

Please note Ovigyn D3 is prescribed to you for your low AMH and Trufol is a prenatal vitamin. While continuing these medicines you can try naturally. Have you done your other hormonal tests like Sr TSH and Sr Prolactin.

Hi,
weight is ok. But should not take deviry after ovulation.
There are other forms like susten to support pregnancy.

Exercises is never a problem in conceiving.
Pregnancy can occur only one day of the cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by gynecologist or infertility specialist.

Amh is indicator of ovarian reserve.
No medicine can increase that reserve but it may help with improvement of oocyte quality.

If the strip was of quality there is no reason to disbelieve. Of course there are chances of false positive test, but it is rare. You do another test with your morning sample of urine to confirm. Get the strip from a good shop those maintaining medicine quality. If positive report to your doctor. Congratulation.
