Asked for male, 27 years old from Delhi

I have sharp pain in my urine tract and I file burning sensation after urine. I have taken antibiotics" Urifast capsule" for 10 days but still I feel pain in my urine tract. My urine colour is yellowish and feel frequent need to urinate. I don't feel any abdomen and back pain only feel pain in my urine tract. What should I do?

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Chandanasav 4tsp before lunch and dinner 6. Chandrakala ras vati 2tb before lunch and dinner.

I am 28 year old female. I got a urine infection. E coli bacteria is infected. Heavy pain in urinary bladder in left side and lower back pain in particular place. In scanning, radiologist said the intestinal tract infection. Our doctor suggested for the urifast antibiotic tablet's trialca syrup but I can't to take because of heavy gastritis.

I have penile mild pain and some uncomfortableness in penis. Penile is clear and erecting normal but some mild mild pain. Urine culture show insignificant growth and semen culture is no growth. Hiv is non reactive. My doc suggested urifast ,twice a day for ten days and one flotral 10 mg in night time. But pain is still, doc told me about swollen prostate. Please suggest.

My father had a laser holmeum surgery for Prostate problem and he contracted an UTI infection from the catheter. This infection was detected to be Pseudomonas Aeruginosa and my father had already taken Niftran 100 mg twice daily for 3 months. The recent urine culture showed that Niftran is now resistant along with many other antibiotics and his infection is still active. The pus cells were 25 to 30 in the routine microscopy. The only sensitive antibiotic was Colistin. Our doctor is advising to wait for few more days as he is asymptomatic. He is also diabetic from the last 11 years. Please suggest.

She advised to take nitrofurantoin 100 mg twice a day for 5 days. I want to know if that is safe to take now as I am already 32 weeks. Please advise.

Take plenty of water daily
Take salads and fruits more before lunch and dinner regularly
Take following medication
Sy neeri by aimil pharma
20 ml in 200 ml water three times a day for 7 days

I forgot my last dose of antibiotics (nitrofurantoin mono 100 mg for uti) yesterday night I should have taken my last antibiotic but I forgot and just remembered (16 instead of 12 hours later) should I take the last dose or not? How high is the risk of getting the uti again?

- you can take the dose, if you continue with the medication as prescribed & complete the course the the chances of getting it again are less, also have plenty of oral fluids including water (7-8 glasses per day).

Urine for culture and sensitivity.
If it's e.coli it may take 6-8 months.
No harm in taking nitrofurantoin.

I am 24, male. A year or two before I faced this problem of frequent urination, mostly at night. But then it went away on its own. Then, like 2 months ago it happened again with some irritation and burning sensation somewhere the near pelvis. A doctor prescribed me silodosin 4 mg (1x), flavoxate (1x) and nitrofurantoin 100 mg (2x). After taking the dosage for 2 days I had my usg done which was normal. So I just had nitrofurantoin for one more day and stopped the whole medication. But then it occurred again and this time nitrofurantoin is not working (took it for 3 days now) and the burning sensation and frequent urination is more severe. I am experiencing sleepless nights bcz of frequent urination, burning sensation. I can also hear and feel some gurgling sounds near the pelvis. Please help.

You should check your urine routine tests again to know whether there is any infection. After your give urine sample start nitrofurantoin 100 mg twice daily for seven days along with sildosin. Add syrup cital 3 teaspoons three times per day after meals. It is advisable to meet your doctor at earliest.

Both the sonography amd urine for culture and sensitivity reports were 100% normal. Can you prescribe some medicine which may cure the normal infection throughly as nitrofurantoin is causes a lot of dizziness and fatigue.
