Hello, thanks for the query.
When vitamin b12 deficiency is there, then there is a need to take that supplement. In many of the t2 dm patients methylcobalamine is given on regular basis to help reduce diabetic neuropathy related symptoms. Even in patients with either hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, this vitamin is given if there is a need. I do not know from where your have got the information. Thanks.

It can be because of cervical spondylosis. U need to do X-ray of cervical spines. A person can ease the symptoms of cervical pain/spondylosis with a few simple neck exercises.
1. Neck stretch
Keep your body straight.
Push your chin forward in a way that stretches the throat.
Softly tense the neck muscles.
Hold this for 5 seconds.
Return your head to its center position.
Push your head back with the chin held high, and hold for 5 seconds.
Carry out 5 repetitions....more
