"as" per your clinical history is concerned as per his age he should be given (hatric syrup-2.5 ml) once a day and (ascoril dose should be 2.5 mg twice a day) for cough. Drink plenty of water to reduce side effect of medications. Hand shivering and palpitation is the side effect of cough medications so nothing to be worried at all and check and record his body temperature every 6 hours and if body temperature is there then add antibiotic syrup.
