I will advise against the use of turmeric. Also, hydroquinone, tretinoin creams should always be used under strict supervision by a qualified dermatologist. Otherwise it may lead to exogenous oochronosis which causes resistant pigmentation.

It's bad for the skin if used unsupervised and for a long period especially on the face. Any fairness produced by this cream is temporary and will lead lit of skin damage if continued.

Hello it is a hydroquinone containing cream which is used for treating hyperpigmentation (dark patches) it is not advisable however to use this as a regular depigmenting cream as it has side effects as well. It is safe if used within limit. Apply only for 1/2 hr then remove it. It is mainly used for melasma.
