Gatt 200 MG Tablet is an antibiotic that is used to treat infections of the eye, such as conjunctivitis. Remember, that it is an antibiotic and thus will treat eye infections that are caused by bacteria only and not the others.

Don’t stop taking the medicine prematurely as it might cause a relapse of the infection. If you have been using other drops for your eyes, it is advised to wait for some time before you use them.

Gatt 200 MG Tablet has certain side effects that include watery or blurred eyes, headaches, irritation of the eyes, pain, redness of the eyes and a bad oral taste. However, none of these should persist and should they bother you, seek prompt guidance from your doctor. Persistent adverse effects such as eye irritation, swelling of the eyelids as well as redness must be brought to the doctor’s attention without any delay.
