Forair 50Mcg/100Mcg Respicap is used for preventing and controlling asthma symptoms and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease symptoms. These symptoms include shortness of breath, coughing, wheezing and chest tightness. It prevents breathing difficulties during exercise.

Common side effects of Forair 50Mcg/100Mcg Respicap are sinus infection, dizziness and migraine headaches. In most cases, these side effects are minor and don't require treatment. Certain side effects, however, are serious and should be reported to a healthcare provider immediately. Some of these are high blood pressure, rapid heart rate and worsening of breathing problems.

This medicine acts as a long-acting beta-2 adrenergic agonist. It works by stimulating the intracellular enzyme called adenylyl cyclase, which initiates the process of transformation of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) to cyclic 3’,5’-adenosine monophosphate (AMP).
