as both contains folic acid as a main composition, you can take either of them. But, do check the rest of the components as well as the strength (one is in milligrams and other is in micrograms)!

The quantity mentioned in the back are in respect of amount soo the medicine given may contain 5 mg or more than folic acid in the entire tablet,,soo u should have faith on ur doctor

You can take folic acid. Also since you are 36 yrs, I would also suggest you get your fsh and amh tests done.
