while I cannot provide medical diagnoses or advice, I can offer some information and suggest some steps you can take regarding your bedwetting episode and pain management:
potential causes of bedwetting after 25 years:
medication side effects: chlorzoxazone and diclofenac, both present in your pain medication, can have rare side effects of urinary frequency and incontinence. The combination with paracetamol might slightly increase the risk of these side effects.

Kindly share if you are also having burning pain over the upper part of abdomen, this might be nothing but gastric ulcer? Do you have a long history of repeated ingestion of paracetamol and ibuprofen, you see ibuprofen can cause gastric ulcer hence the blood in vomit. To confirm the diagnosis you have to get a endoscopy done. You can consult to me on Lybrate by taking online appointment for the symptomatic relief in the mean time. Thankyou.

Hello lybrate-user, pleasure meeting you.
It's good to have a check on our dialy health particularly at this time of pandemic. But remember the covid has clinical features of high grade fever, sore throat, cough most of the times. Overdose of anything can be potentially damaging. When we talk of vitamins, the water soluble vitamins B and C are excreted in urine when taken in larger than required quantities, but fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K are stored in liver and are not excretedin urine. Their overdosage does cause toxicity hence any intake in excess of required quantity is not recommended.
