It is called as rheumatic arthritis. If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. In the upper limbs if the pain is present in the fingers/wrist and in the lower limbs it the pain is present in the toes/ ankle, then we shall definitely say it is rheumatic arthritis. Hi these patches are just type of lain relivers. It won't have any effect on the disc bulge and it won't get treated. These are temporary measures for your pain. If the disc bulge is severe and compressing on nerve which will then cause pain and weakness in legs then you need to get treated with surgery or start with physiotherapy first.

Hello-
yes it is ok for the first time but do not use it again on repeated basis. It is a anaesthetic gel (and not a lube for sex) that only cuts the frictional pain sensation during sex. So it will not be good for your partner and for you too. Its best to use other water based lubes.
