After taking the high hormonal emergency pill like ecee2 one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts.
If this does not happen as well as period is missed then to do pregnancy test.

Dear Lybrate-User,
Yes, you can take mifepristone for emergency contraceptive. Dose is 10 -50 mg as single dose. But these dose pills are available in only few countries. So you can take 1st dose of 4 standard pills of mala d or mala n within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse and second dose of 4 pills again after 12 hours good luck.
