I am feeling severe pain in my back head especially when I wear a tight turban and from yesterday I feel same pain during intercourse or during masturbation why it is so, at present I am diabetic type 1 and have cervical problem also, give me cause and suggest me to check up with which doctor neuro heart etc which one or shall I have neurobion injection which I take earlier for cervical problem. At present I am taking medicine are cefimie, deflazacort 6, pantoprazole, metformin 500, and liver 52 for mild fatty liver.

My ringworm that I am suffering from last three months now I have consulted new doctor she os giving me tablets of terbinafine 250g ,deflazacort tablets 6 mg, itraconazole capsules, griseofulvin 250g and cream like castor -nf and dertop which contain betamethasone dipropionate, neomycin sulphate and clotrimazole. The ringworm is getting darker and irritation is less now but I want to ask is this tablets contain steroids or not and high time it will take to fade away. Please help me I want to remove it as soon as possible and if any home made remedy I can do please suggest me that also. I also have stopped eating rice, fermented product, oily product and sweets also. Please do help I have spent more than my capacity.

My daughter age 1 years having wheezing or stridor like sound since 3 months, sound is irregular and not occurs while sleep. It seems sounds comes from nose. Cbc was done before 1 month. Wbc was slightly increased at that time. Pediatrician adv antibiotic, deflazacort syrp, cough syrup and nasal drop. After few days medicine had stopped and now advice montelukast and levocetirizine syrup and saline nasal drop. please suggest me treatment and medication. She had cough and cold 3 month before after that the sound coming.

Hi, I am a kidney transplant patient. My current medicines are tacrograf 2 mg (1 - 0 - 1). Renodapt s (s180 - 0 - s360). Deflazacort (12 mg - 0 - 0) may tacrolimus trough level is 5.3 (last month) tac level ranged between 4 to 5.3 in 1.5 years of my transplant my creatinine is 1.4 (ranges 1.2 - 1.4) I need to change to some economical brand like ensure, zydus or intas for once for tacrolimus. Please advise I will not change regularly, I will change brand only once. Thanks.

You can change brand but this may lead to lower blood levels of tacrolimus and may cause rejection. So consult your transplant nephrologist and adjust dose as per tacrolimus levels. There after you can continue with that brand.

I have joint pain from last 2 year. I consult doctors but no one give me proper treatment for cure. I have arthritis problem and have pain on my all joints. Also my weight had lost from 65 kg to 50 kg. In cold climate my pain grows and give me double pain. I am feeling pain in every moment. Some times fever comes to me. Kindly suggest me. I am 26 years female and suffering from vitiligo .i was having a small spot on my stomach area around 6 or 7 years ago .which was constant .now the spot is increasing and many small very tiny tiny spots are visible in many parts of body like neck hands stomach. Doctor has given me 1-esomeprazole magnesium tablets i.p. 40 mg emoze, deflazacort tablets cort-6, tycoon tablets .and 1 cream months cream ,mometasone furoate cream. For fifteen days .after that cbc ,esr, t3 ,t4 ,urine test had been suggested after 15 days. Do the above tablets are effective in vitiligo.

I have been suffering from cough and cold for more than 2 months. On first occasion, I was given Mucinac 600 tablets twice daily for 4 weeks and Montair FX ,1 tab at night. It worked good and I was relieved. However, after a gap of 15 days, it relapsed. And this time, it is dry cough all along. Coughing increases at night, at midnight and again at the dawn. Mucinac and Montair FX failed this time and I am scared that something ominous has cropped up. Last time doctor advised chest x-ray, CT Scan of lungs and PFT. The outcome of the tests was not that much worrying. Now how to negotiate this dry cough which has become a nightmare for me. Due to Rheumatoid Arthritis I am taking medicine of HCQS 200-1 tab at night, Defza 6x2 tabs in the morning, Sazo 1g each morning & night, Shelcal-HD 1 tab at night, Folvite-5 weekly twice, folitrax-10 weekly once day and night (same day), Telma H 80 for pressure in the morning and Cetapin XR 1000 mg for sugar at night. Presently, Sugar & pressure both under control. Please advise me to get rid of this dry cough. Regards, S. Hazra, Kolkata.
