About Cytofos 500Mg Injection

Cytofos 500Mg Injection is administered to decrease the dryness of the mouth caused by exposure to strong radiations of the chemotherapy. It helps to improve kidney functioning that may be reduced due to the cisplatin chemotherapy that is given to patients suffering from ovarian cancer. It helps to protect other surrounding healthy tissues from being damaged by strong radiation therapy. Therefore Cytofos 500Mg Injection is also called a cytoprotective agent. The medicine may not be advised to patients who have chronically low blood pressure, low calcium levels in the blood or suffer from dehydration.
