Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
Ciplox is an anti-bacterial agent, used to treat various bacterial infections. It has got no role in diabetes treatment. With a HbA1c% of 9.7 you have an uncontrolled diabetes. This needs appropriate drug treatment plus diet control and regular exercise. Looking at your height an weight the ideal body weight should be about 65 kgs. So there is a need to reduce that. Please come back with correct information, then I will be able to give proper guidane. ...more

Mr T V Ashok, Thanks for the query.
For a person with pre-diabetes there is no need for any medication to control blood glucose. Only lifestyle modification and diet changes are sufficient to prevent progression to diabetes.
The very fact that you are on oral antidiabetic drugs that too two different combinations, means you have diabetes. Since there are no levels mentioned or HbA1c%, there is no way to find out what is the condition. Thanks.
