So, oliza can not be the solution, instead there are other anti-psychotics that are colourless, odourless and tasteless liquid like water, so can be given with food.

Rage is contagious. When you have a temper, it may be difficult to admit there's a problem. You find yourself going from zero to 100. You were calm, and then your partner (or someone else) said something that triggered you. You snap, say something incredibly hurtful, and feel guilty. I was considered a very hot-headed person. I searched on the internet about how can I control my aggression and I read many articles and watched many videos but nothing seemed convincing to me except one article that was posted by teal swan. That article talked about why do I get angry and gave me some tips to make my anger productive or how can I control it. The article made me feel good about myself. Whenever I used to get angry I used to ask myself one question- ‘what about that hurt me so bad?’.
I started following her suggestions and I could see a change within myself. I could feel better. I constantly focused on things that would help me lower down my aggression. I do get angry, you cannot escape from emotion but I do know now how to handle my emotion of aggression, how to manage my aggression. 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion
8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.
1. Do regular exercise for 1 hour daily
2. Reduce your weight if you are overweight
3. Control your diet, avoid sweets, high calorie and excess carbohydrate diet.
4.Adhere strictly to a diabetic diet after consulting dietitian
