No you need not take anything before vaccination. In case after vaccination you feel pain or body ache you can take any Paracetamol 650mg tablet like Crocin 650, Calpol 650, Dolo 650 etc. Crocin 650 is definitely a good Option because it releases paracetamol faster in blood which will give fast relief

For fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and For cough take syp ascoril-D 2.5 ml twice a day and take cp amoxicillin 500 mg 1-1 for five days

Are you having any other problem eg discharge from eyes, swelling, pain in eyes, fever.
Take over-the-counter painkiller if intolerable pain. Do hot wet fomentation of eyes for 5-10 min 3-4 times a day. Keep eyes clean.
Don't touch your eyes. Hope this helps you. If required, consult.
