Currently, most likely you are having a fissure in ano and most of your other treatment is going well, except for hemorrhoids. I would suggest you to visit a nearby general surgeon for further needful treatment instead of self medication with potentially dangerous medicines like deflazacort and ultracet (i presume you haven't consulted a general surgeon yet).

Please should I need to take dopamine enhancing medicine to get rid of the problems above since I have all of the problems above which have caused rut in my life till date. I plead that I be provided with a convincing answer to proceed ahead in life.

I totally understand that is very hard to deal with medical conditions for a long time and be on medications on a daily basis for physical health problems. On top of those, you may be drained of the possibility of being depressed due to chronic medical conditions, the symptoms of which you have laid out in your description of problems. I also believe that you may need to have medications started for your depression and it is usually a short course of 3-4 months with a subsequent 2-month taper. I...more

Learn yoga (include pranayam and Meditation) from an expert which can be very beneficial. Do go for regular health check up and follow the instructions. You can also add Homeopathy as it is safe and gentle. It can be taken with your regular medicines. You can contact me for a detailed consultation if interested i...more

It is a combination of two medicines. Telmisartan and cilnidipine. Both these medicines act by dilating your blood vessels. Telmisartan also helps your kidney and heart by various mechanisms.

Amlodipine is much more effective in controlling pressure than cilnidipine 10. If she takes telmaH and amlodipine 5 mg her BP should become normal in 3 weeks
