About Bromvue 0.09%W/V Eye Drop

Bromvue 0.09%W/V Eye Drop reduces pain in the eyes as well as swelling around them, in patients who have just undergone cataract surgery. Known to be a NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug), it is available in the form of an eye drop. The drug functions by preventing prostaglandin production. This is a drug which causes swelling and pain around the eyes.

Bromvue 0.09%W/V Eye Drop should not be used by women who are in their last trimester of pregnancy. The drug can also prove to be harmful for those who are allergic to it. Inform your health care provider if you have any medical conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, bleeding issues or asthma. These problems may effects the drug function. Some minor side effects that are associated with Bromvue 0.09%W/V Eye Drop are headache, itching in the eyes, burning or discomfort in the eyes. These side effects mostly go away after sometime.     Bromvue 0.09%W/V Eye Drop is a topical, non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) for ophthalmic use. It blocks prostaglandin synthesis by inhibiting Cyclooxygenase 2 preferably and Cyclooxygenase 1 weakly. This reduces intraocular inflammation and pain after undergoing cataract surgery.
