Hi have noted all your details,
A triglyceride level of less then 300 mg/dl needs not to be treated with fenofibrinates.
Asian population have high levels of triglycerides due to our genetics. In case you want to start medication ,start with low dose of statin like atorvastatin, they effect triglycerides also, and are safer then fenofibrinates.
45 min of strenous exercise should be done every day, 30 minutes of walk at speed not less then 5.1 km/hr should be done daily
avoid ghee ...more

Statins are quite safe. When you combine it with Fibrates (Stanlip) rarely it may cause Muscle and Liver toxicity, that you can monitor by measuring Muscle Enzymes (CPK- Total) and Liver Enzymes (DHOT/ SGPT) most of time these drugs are tolerated well without any major side effects. There is hardly any interference with Vit K If you stop these drugs your Lipids (Cholesterols and TG) will rise again, so continue these drugs while keeping monitoring the muscle and Liver Enzymes.

For diabetes follow a diet low in carbohydrate, low in fat and high in fibre. Walking for 30 mins a day for at least 5 days in a week is recommended. Follow a stress free life. Try walking for 10-15 min after your meal. If still your pp level remains high than your medication needs to be changed.
