Over dosage of vaccine does not give any further benefit than the normal dosing. It is not recommended however it will not cause any major harm to you.
The usual side effects of rabies are fever, musculoskeletal pain and join pain.
Rabies vaccine is contraindicated in patients allergic to rabies, if you have any further queries please get back to me.

50 day old puppy is unlikely to have rabies and you can go without vaccination . ut it is very much advisable if you get vaccinated as it will protect from future dog bites also

Depends on the extent of scratch. If minor, no need for more vaccine. If its bleeding, do get a single dose on day 90 from 1st exposure.

No, covid vaccine is not recommended to be taken with rabies vaccine. You will have to maintain atleast one month gap between the two. I would recommend you to maintain social distance, practice hand hygiene and wear mask while going out. Stay safe and be very careful for the next two weeks.

You can get your vaccination done from local Pediatrician but as they are special vaccines you need to inform doctor prior going there as they have to arrange it specially for you.

The immunity acquired from the vaccine can last a long time. The longevity of rabies vaccine ranges between 3 to 10 years depending on the booster dose that is given. For example, to prevent rabies, rabies vaccinations are given three times, on the day of the first injection and on day 7 and day 21 after the first injection. For those who have a high exposure of rabies, it is suggested to receive 1 booster dose once a year and every 3 to 5 years.

A booster dose as often as every 6 months to 2 years may be required for person at highest risk for exposure to rabies virus, such as persons who work with rabies virus in research laboratories or vaccine production facilities. Let's discuss your concern for better advice.
