I am very sorry to hear about your loss. It must have been very shocking and kind of devastating for you. I can imagine, it must have been difficult for you to continue life without that person. Have you expressed your sadness, shock and grief? please talk to someone about how you feel after losing this person. Talk about your pain of losing that person. Otherwise your suppressed sadness and pain will develop into more negative thoughts and feelings. You will find it difficult to take rational decisions and you will experience additional stress. The more you talk about the lost person and the more you talk about your pain, more is the cognitive acceptance which will help you to move ahead in life. I understand your pain but loss is an integral part of life. It is not something that happens to us as we live, it is life itself. Understand that life will never be the same again for you but there is life ahead, for you. And this life can be good, with purpose and meaningful. Nothing of what is lost is replaced. A meaningful part of an identity and time is never replaced. Give yourself enough time to feel and experience the pain. But then you need to move on. Resolution does not mean forgetting. You will cherish that person's memories for the rest of your life. But you need to learn to" let go" of that relation you had with the person and move on. It is not very easy. But this if life. Take care.

Hi Take brahmi vati...smriti sagar ras and praval panchamrit..make its powder and mix it.....then take these medicines with honey twice a day...1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....do pranayama early morning for freshness

Sir, Few days back my father was fit and fine but suddenly he got gas attack, and he started telling that he is unable to breathe properly, he feels anxiety, nervousness and ghabhrahat. He has all the reports normal including echocardiography, breathing reports, lung reports, blood reports, every reports are normal, but he still feels like blockage of breathing and ghabrahat problem We are in trouble sir! Please tell what the actual problem is? We have also took him to psychiatrist but even he has no improvement! Please sir help and tell is it normal? How can it be cured?

Hello His hyperacidity might be related to anxiety. The cause needs to be eliminated here i.e. His anxiety but only medicinal treatment won't help in curing the case. Deep breathing helps your mind and body relax, so kindly follow this simple exercise daily for 10 minutes. He must also engage himself in some form of exercise be it a walk or yoga. Anxiety roots from overthinking and negative thoughts, so one must focus on just trying to be busy. He may do gardening, meditation, read, or follow anything of his interest daily. For gastritis issues, he must drink plenty of water. Drink minimum 1-2 glass water daily in morning, kindly also take meals on time, mini meals and more frequently. Dear Rohit, Welcome to lybrate. At your age, Memory problems like amnesia, dementia or Alzheimer's are not common. Many young people do complain having problems with memory. These problems are due to either they are too busy or due to anxiety and stress. Busy people use organizers or employ a personal assistant because they can't remember every task. You need to understand this. If you still say, you are having memory problems, we need to check your memory using memory test. You may contact a clinical psychologist or neurologist for memory test and further investigation. Take care.

Hi I am scared of of faceing people i know. I can talk very well with strangers but not with people i know. I am super self conceous and think alot. Everybody around me dislikes me make fun of me but i try to act normal with them but it drains me out. You are having self esteem issues due to the criticism of others.Learn be assertive wherein you should be confident of yourself and not take others opinions as truth. Avoid such people who can only give you negativity and stress, if you cant learn to be assertive. Stop people from criticizing you by clearly mentioning that it is not acceptable. You need to set limitations. And most important have self belief. Learn to evaluate your positive points and concentrate on them.
