What ever treatment you have been started is for pimples not for scars. Treatment for 5-6 months is required to prevent recurrences of acne. Once acne is controlled then only scar treatment is started.

I am suffered in dengue .I want medicine for this. Can you please help me with this.
Currently you are taking Diclofenac and paracetamol? If you have Dengue fever, don’t take any NSAID such as Diclofenac or Aceclofenac. Because it will affects your Platelet count. Even World Health Organisation given the treatment protocol and has strict warning to doctors that don’t give any NSAID’ s for Dengue suspected case. In Ayurveda we have very effective treatments for Dengue fever and also for joint pain associated with Dengue fever. In Ayurveda Treatments, medicines are supporting to improve our platelet count, controlling viral infection thus prevents temperature. Also no need to take any NSAIDs or pain killers and paracetamol. Please let me know your new platelets count. Please stop all pain killers, because it will make your conditions more critical.

Is rice bran oil good for bp 160/100?
What alternatives used for salt?
For sugar I found honey.
Type of oil has nothing to do with BP. There is no alternative for salt. You should take low salt diet. Honey is no alternative to sugar. If you are diabetic yould not take sugar, honey, jaggery (gur) in any form.

ACNE Acne, also known as acne vulgaris, is a long-term skin disease that occurs when hair follicles are clogged with dead skin cells and oil from the skin. It is characterized by blackheads or whiteheads, pimples, oily skin, and possible scarring. It primarily affects areas of the skin with a relatively high number of oil glands, including the face, upper part of the chest, and back. CAUSES Risk factors for the development of acne, other than genetics, have not been conclusively identified. Possible secondary contributors include hormones, infections, diet and stress. Oily skin, Dead skin cells, Clogged pore, Bacteria Infection etc TYPE 1.Acne vulgaris 2.Acne inversa 3.Acne rosacea. TIPS TO REDUCE ACNE 1.Properly wash your face To help prevent pimples, it’s important to remove excess oil, dirt, and sweat daily. Washing your face more than twice a day preferably with luke warm water. 2.Know your skin type-Anyone can get pimples, no matter their skin type. Oily skin is the most pimple-prone. 3.Moisturize skin-Moisturizers help skin stay hydrated. 4.Limit makeup-Greasy or oily shampoos, body washes, shaving creams, and hair styling products may all cause pimples. 5.Don’t touch your face-Your hands encounter grime and bacteria constantly throughout the day. And each time you touch your face, some of those pore-clogging impurities may get transferred to your skin. 6.Limit sun exposure-Frequent sun exposure dehydrates the skin, which over time causes it to produce more oil and block pores. Exposure- 7.Avoid certain foods-Avoid more sweet acidic fast junk food and cold beverages .Eat more fruits Vegitables and nuts. 8.Consult properly to doctor and take treatment under proper medical advise. No self medications. 9.Avoid stress-Reduce stress-Stress doesn’t cause pimples, but it may make them worsestress. 10. Drink plenty of water per day. 1.Neem lemon turmeric honey tumari paste face wash 2.Neem turmeric aloe tumari face steam 5 min 3.Neem aloe termeric face wash. 4.Aloe neem turmeric chandan face pack 15 min 5.Luke warm water wash 6.Drink Aloe Vera amla juice 10 ml both daily once.
