Hi lybrate-user, I hope you're doing good. If you're talking about Creatine monohydrate the basic dosage is 5gms and can go upto 20-25gms depending upon an individual. If you're kidney filtration is working fine and you're drinking optimum water you're good to go. There are no side effects of creatine, this has been proven and scientifically researched so you do not have to worry about but if you're sensitive to it you might get abdominal cramps and diarrhea so if this persist I recommend you to go for Creatine HCL OR Kre Alkalyn Creatine. Also there's as such no side effects even if you miss the daily water intake but I recommend you to drink it. For any further help you can connect with me and Ill be glad to assist you. Good to know that you are exercising well. But with that you need to eat clean. You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, white rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water. Exercise atleast 5 times a week. Do not overeat. Eat 3 proper meals and 2 snack in between. Stop when your stomach is 80% full. Eat slowly,

Make a mixture of argan oil, jojoba oil, sesame oil and olive oil and massage your beard and moustache daily to grow and maintain black and smooth hair.

I think, the problem is due to eczema bacteria. Prescribe some ointments for the cure. I'm using ranbaxy fucibet. But, I don't think, it is working. So, please guide me some tabs or ointments.

Natural home remedy using garlic: 1. Garlic contains allicin, which is a natural antibiotic 2. Take 2-3 garlic cloves 3. Crush them to make a paste 4. Apply this paste on the affected parts of the skin 5. For sensitive skin, mix yogurt in the garlic paste before applying natural home remedy using garlic: 1. Consume three cloves of garlic everyday for 1 month natural home remedy using coriander leaves and turmeric powder: 1. Take a handful of washed coriander leaves 2. Crush them finely 3. Place the paste on a sieve and press to extract the juice 4. Add a pinch of turmeric powder 5. Mix well 6. Apply this mixture on the face every night.

Mix 1/4th part of lemon extract, some haldi / haridra (turmeric, curcuma longa) powder and a little amount of salt. Warm this mixture with some warm water and prepare paste. Apply this paste on face and wait to dry paste. Wash the face with cold water gently. Use this home remedy once a week to get rid of acne. Take 20 ml aloevera juice on empty stomach in morning once a day. And, at bed time take triphala churna one tea spoon full with warm water daily. Also avoid chilies, oily and spicy food items. Drink more and more fresh water daily.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: 1. To get fitness, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. Do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Appearance is a consequence of fitness. 8. When exercising, keep your rest between sets to a minute or less, and don’t do more than 12 reps in a set. 9. Let your muscles rest. 10. Sleep. 11.
