Pimple is a disease that affects the teenagers most and though not critical, it sure makes the social life of a teenager miserable due to its appearance. It is a disease that has pestered the youth from time immortal and has popular home remedies practiced in all parts of the world. The pimples generally occur at face, though neck, back and shoulders are the other most popular body areas to host it. The scientific name for pimple is Acne Vulgaris. Sebum that is produced by the sebaceous gland keeps the skin and the hair on it moist. Excessive sebum secretion by the sebaceous glands during the adolescence is the main reason for pimple eruptions. A lot of chemicals and medicines are available in the market for the cure of pimples but one can treat the pimples naturally and thus help it cure without any side effects. Some of the natural home remedies for the treatment and cure of pimples ? Nutmeg powder added to raw milk and the subsequent paste when added on the pimples for about a couple of hours is a very good natural remedy to cure pimples. This is more effective with individuals with dry skin problems. ? Aloe vera the wonder remedy for a genre of disease is a good natural remedy. Apply the pulp of the leaves directly on the surface of the pimples. It is antibacterial and prevents inflammation.

DEAR Lybrate USER. A) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep. B) take 10 gm of flax seeds along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals…C) take 30 ml of fresh lemon juice along with 30 ml of honey and 30 ml of water, early in the morning, on empty stomach. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.

What are the symptoms of Chikungunya what should exercise and diet we take for quick recovery from the disease.
Fever, swelling in Joints with throbbing pain, are common symptoms of chikungunya. A fresh healthy diet should be taken. Avoid curd, pickles etc Ayurveda treatment cures chikungunya in couple of weeks with complete reduction in joint swelling and pain. Use maharasnadi kadha special 15 ml thrice day with water. * firstly take your meals with proper chewing and do not be hurry in taking meals to avoid acidity after meals. * take less spicy food & avoid chilly in meals. * try to avoid stress. If you feel unable to avoid stress & extra thinking then follow meditation techniques. Sit in a calm & well airy room & do long breathing. Concentrate on your breathing. Do it for atleast 3-5 minutes twice a day. You can do anulom - vilom pranayam in the morning. It calm down your mind and lower the gastric irritation. * put 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds (saunff) in a glass of water in night and drink this water in morning everyday to cure gastric problem. * take few leaves of mint (pudina), coriander leaves (dhania), pinch of rock salt & pinch of black pepper. Crush them well and make paste. Take 1 teaspoon this paste (chatni) with meal in morning & evening.

Am having lower backache for more than ten years now, sometimes when I lie on my back and get up the bones makes noise when am walking. Your joints are weak. You need to start with some stregnthening exercises for the whole body to avoid the crepitis sound. You can continue with the medicines but you have to start with exercises soon. Consult me personally to learn the exercises.

there is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. i will give you a general approach to try for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If not enough then consult to get treatmentas per metabolic status. 1. do not eat anything sugary or sweet. 2. eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner 3. do atleast 30 min of exercise every day of any kind

To make your face free from acne you should follow the following instruction- do not apply any oily cream on face, even do not allow the oil to remain on the scalp all the time. Better to apply oil at night and wash in the morning. Do not touch the pimples all the time or prick them other wise they spread and also cause permanent scars. Do not use any soap on face, wash face with himalaya neem face wash. Avoid exposure of face to dust or strong sun light. Drink plenty of water eat nutritious food and at least one fruit dally. Take sleep of at least 8 hours and avoid stress. Stress causes over secretion of sebaceous gland which promote formation of acne. Apply masoor dal face pack [grinded masoor dal soaked in raw milk] on face once a week. Avoid eating too much spicy food and oily food. Avoid junk food. Take homeopathic belladonna 30, 3 dose daily for a week. But this is temporary treatment. For permanent and speedy cure from pimples you have to share your complete symptoms of your problem privately.

After puncturing the skin with their mouthparts and feeding on blood, mosquitoes leave hard, itchy bumps which is normal with everyone. But if the bumps are painful in that case, they could be transmission of viral or parasitic diseases. So if your bumps are normal and subside in 24 hours, then there is nothing to worry about. Something that stays hard, red and itchy for 3-4 days should be brought to the notice of the doctor.

Severe backache can cause constipation.Try ispaguhl husk in the evening to soften stool.Take plenty of water ,green leafy vegetable,beans,fibrous fruit for constipation

Dear lybrate user, welcome to lybrate. The duty of your mind is to think. You cannot control your mind's thinking. Once you just leave your mind without diversion, it always ends up in negative territory. Over thinking leads to obsession, self talking and laziness. But certainly you can divert your thinking. You can make your mind to be always positive by engaging in creative activities, hobbies, games and passionate towards whatever you do. Thereby you can reduce your stress and tension also. Once you can do this, loss of proper sleep and stress also can be made normal. Anyhow, there is nothing to worry. Most of the psychological problems can be cured with scientific therapy methods. Hello, this kind of menstrual bleeding is known as atyartav in ayurveda. This condition is really serious because of the blood loss involved in this. Try these ayurvedic tips to get rid of the condition. A) avoid spicy, salty, fried and junk food immediately. B) avoid late night sessions. C) avoid fish. D) use ashokarishta 2 tsp twice a day with water. E) tab chandraprabha vati 1 bd f) gulkanda with prawal pishti 1 tsp thrice a day. G) tab bolbadha ras 1 twice daily follow above schedule and after some time go for a pelvic ultrasound and share the reports from me.

Hye. Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
