Hello, Bleeding could be because of deposits on your teeth or food lodged in your teeth. Visit a dentist get your scaling and polishing done. You can also go for bleaching or whitening. Brush twice daily, maintain proper brushing technique, floss regularly and rinse after every meal.

Ground flaxseeds can be added in the batter for making rotis, cookies, cakes, breads, pancakes, etc. - You can use them for making granola bars, add them to cereal, oats, porridge, salads, soups, and muesli. Mix them in shakes, smoothies, dips, accompaniments, soups and stews You can even have them with yoghurt

Hi, you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.

He symptoms of dengue are fever with chills. There may be headache, eye pain, muscle pain, joint pain usually of the knees and shoulders, nausea and vomiting, weakness, abnormal taste, loss of appetite and sore throat. Avoid mosquito bites, including the use of appropriate mosquito repellants. Dengue is spread by aedes mosquito. Aedes mosquito bite during day time. Do not let water get collected in spaces as aedes mosquito lay their eggs in still water.

Dear lybrateuser, -Yes you can take proteins but do take them as per the instuctions given on label of the product do not exceed the limit as too much protein puts a load on the kidneys -have your protein supplement before & after your workout but with the normal meals consume foods rich in proteins as they are better absorbed & digested by the body -have milk & milk products like yogurt/curds, paneer(small katori full), cheese with breakfast, non-veg -fish, chicken, eggs 2-3 per day, soyabeans, tofu, soya products, include an item in each meal, also you can have protein containg snacks like yogurt, sprouts, chicken sandwich, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pistachio, peanuts, all these will provide the extra proteins you need to bulk up -have 2-3 litres of water a day for good digestion.
