Common symptoms of malaria include: shaking chills that can range from moderate to severe. High fever. Profuse sweating. Headache. Nausea. Vomiting. Diarrhea. Anemia. Symptoms of dengue fever sudden, high fever. Severe headaches. Pain behind the eyes. Severe joint and muscle pain. Fatigue. Nausea. Vomiting. Skin rash, which appears two to five days after the onset of fever.

I was feeling restless feeling in heart from few days. So today I do ECG test which is ok. Then I do kft test, lft, lipid profile in which triglycerides is 181mg/dl and LDL cholesterol is 111mg/dl and sodium is 135mEq/l. Otherwise all report is ok. Suggest me what should I do.

First of all start using triphala n cinnamon strain every night and morning and medohar guggul 2 bd. Triphala powder (coarsely groound) may be soaked in water 2 tsp powder in a glass of water. Keep for 7-8 hrs or, mash a bit, filter, drink. In this water add one stick of ceylone cinnamon also. (cinnamon stick to be used only one time either morning or at night)

Have done bone density, if so inform report. In view of age you may take a chance to gain height as you are 21 years, the chances are less but regular follow up and strong will power results may be seen. This includes exercise, yogasana, and herbal preparations for 8-9 months, regular single and double bar exercise, practice of tadasana, sarvangasana in morning may help.

Which hair oil and shampoo is good for hairfall, I am hypothyroid and its in normal range , taking eltroxin 100 mcg daily. Hairfall is severe, dandruff is very minimal. I am applying coconut oil and use lo'real shampoo (total repair5- white bottle). Should I continue the ame or should you change.

Lybrate-user, to reduce or stop hair fall tsh level has to come down to about 3 to 4 milli units/l. If level is higher than this, then hair fall may not stop. So please check what is the current tsh level. Rest of the things like using a shampoo and various oils etc is really of no consequence. If dandruff is more you may use some anti fungal scalp lotion along with shampoos. But most important is the tsh level. Thanks.

How to control low blood pressure and high pressure without medicine. I know only two tricks such as walking and yoga. Is there any there methods to disease free.

MANAGEMENT FOR LOW B.P - 1. Eat a diet higher in salt. 2. To avoid problems with low blood pressure and lessen episodes of dizziness after meals, try eating smaller, more frequent meals. Cut back on carbohydrates. Rest after eating 3. Limit alcoholic beverages, Drink more fluids during hot weather and while sick with a viral illness, such as a cold or the flu. 4. Avoid heavy lifting. 5. Avoid prolonged exposure to hot water, such as hot showers and spas. If you get dizzy, sit down. 6. Get regular exercise to promote blood flow. 7. Be careful when rising from lying down or sitting. To help improve circulation, pump your feet and ankles a few times before standing up. Then proceed slowly. When getting out of bed, sit upright on the edge of the bed for a few minutes before standing. 8. Elevate the head of your bed at night by placing bricks or blocks under the head of bed. 9. Avoid straining while on the toilet. 10. Avoid standing still in place for long periods of time. FOR HIGH B.P - 1.Reduce intake of salt in your food 2. Fill half your plate with fruits and vegetables. A quarter gets lean protein like baked fish, beans, or chicken. The last quarter holds grains, preferably whole, like brown rice. You’ll still need to count carbohydrates and make sure you're not getting too much sodium. 3. Do walk regularly, of exercises to keep your B.P in control. 4. Caffeine can raise your blood pressure. 5. Whole grains are rich in vitamins and minerals, plus contain fiber, which keeps you full and helps steady bp. Aim for three to five servings of grains each day, and make at least half of those servings whole grains. 6. Beer, wine, and most cocktail mixers contain sugar and will cause your blood pressure and triglycerides rise 7. Favor fats from plant foods. Some options: olive oil, avocado, nuts, and flaxseed. 8. Keep a food diary or smartphone app to track your eating habits, or regularly check in with a family member or friend. Do revert for homeopathic medicines FOR B.P.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 2yrs. More to grow further! start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 1 month only. Management: take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Get back to me after a month for further guidance. All the best!
