1. Exfoliate - exfoliation is defined as the removal of dead skin cells on the skin's outermost surface. You can use exfoliant gloves or a brush to get the job done and see the difference in your skin immediately. Exfoliating keeps your pores from clogging, which is another benefit in regards to acne control. The renewal process of your skin is sped up and your moisturizer will penetrate deeper into the skin which will give you that moist glow. Exfoliation also helps with uneven skin tone as it removes dead skin cells which contribute to that uneven look. Consistent exfoliation of your skin will help with wrinkle prevention in addition to giving you smooth glowing skin. 2. Exercise - there's a reason why athletes are some of the most beautiful people in the world. That reason is consistent blood flow. Exercising circulates your blood throughout your body giving it a natural flush to your skin. If you don't know where to start, try walking and taking the stairs whenever you get a chance. This will make your transition into other traditional routines more manageable when the time comes. After you initially get your body active there are many different physical activities to explore, especially if you are not into the traditional gym routine. Try kickboxing, tennis, running or spin classes. 3. Cucumbers - cucumbers not only taste great, but are filled with vitamin c and caffeic acid. These are two antioxidants that are excellent for fighting off wrinkles and protecting you from sun damage. Vitamin c will give your beautiful black skin a jolt of elastin and collagen which contributes to your radiance. Cucumbers can be prepared in many ways for consumption. One of the best ways is in a fresh salad. Try slicing a whole one with some lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, lemon juice and olive oil for a fantastic side salad. 4. Limit your shower time - this might be a difficult one, especially when you're used to coming home from work or the gym and it's the first of your many nightly rituals. A long hot shower can sometimes be the reason why you haven't gone postal on the world. However, limiting your shower time (and cooling the temperature just a touch) can be beneficial to your beautiful black skin. A hot shower can strip your skin of its natural oils. When this happens you get that dry and patchy look and that is what you don't want. The object here is glowing skin, remember? chill your shower down just a tad. You will still be able to have a calming relaxing shower without stripping your skin of what it needs. Remember, don't stay in there for an hour. 5. Green tea - green tea is by far one of my favorite drinks. It's also one of my favorite methods for cleansing your skin topically as well (a good green tea facial cleanser will have your face glowing like a star). Green tea is by far one of the most powerful antioxidants you can utilize when adding a glow to your skin. Rich in antioxidants, green tea helps rid your skin of free radicals, reduces inflammation and feels great going down. 2 cups of green tea a day along with a good facial cleanser will have compliments raining down upon you.

Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.

Use homeopathic Arnica hair oil daily. Oral homeopathic medicines will help after knowing cause and location of scalp baldness for further help. So consult privately if required. Avoid chemically prepared shampoos and other products. Healthy diet & sound sleep will stop current hair fall. Tc.

I am 48 years old, married almost 18 years running but always I found do not match with my thinking/ feelings/emotions etc with my wife and for anything frequently have conflicts with my wife. Myself is basically self employed with engineering degree holder whereas my wife is only 12th class passed. She is not at all practical in the line of day to day activities/livelihood/lifestyle etc. Therefor after day long my working activities whenever returns to my home find no co-operation from her even she do not have any interest about my profession/my life and many more. Therefore I always find depressed in my day to day activities and find do not peace at all since beginning of my married life. I become helpless and find none to share my situation. Want to Eat Healthy - 6 Foods You Must Avoid!

No matter what your desired weight goal may be, you should never starve yourself to lose weight. This slows down your metabolism and is counterproductive. Eating a balanced meal along with exercise is the best diet plan. However, there are some foods that should be avoided.

  1. Aerated drinks: Aerated drinks like sodas and soft drinks are equivalent to junk food. They do not offer any nutritional value and can lead to weight gain instead. Aerated drinks have a high sugar content that influences the blood sugar levels. Aerated drinks also often leave you feeling thirstier instead of hydrated.
  2. Processed foods: Processed foods should be avoided whether you are on a diet or not. They contain preservative and harmful chemicals that can harm the body. They also have a high sugar content and unhealthy fat content. Processed foods include chips, pasta, pizza, burgers, noodles and cookies that can easily be made at home using fresh, healthier ingredients.
  3. Added sugars: Simply eliminating sugar from your diet in the form of jams, sweets, breads and cakes can have a big impact on your weight. Added sugars do not include food that is rich in natural sugars like fruits. Manmade sugar has no nutrient value and is very high in calories. Brown sugar or honey is a much healthier alternative to processed sugar and can be used to replace it.
  4. Deep fried food: The healthiest of ingredients if cooked in an unhealthy manner can rid it of nutrients and pack on calories instead. Deep frying should be completely avoided if you are trying to lose weight. Deep frying makes food difficult to digest and leads to fat absorption. Instead, try grilling or steaming your food or eat it raw if possible.
  5. White flour: White flour can lead to high blood pressure, cholesterol and weight gain. Instead replace white flour with whole wheat flour or oats to make it healthier without interfering too much with the taste.
  6. Desserts: Most desserts fall into the category of food to be avoided as they are heavy on sugar content and made with white flour. Many desserts also use a lot of creams that can lead to cholesterol problems.

However, not all desserts fall into this category. Ice lollies are a viable alternative to ice creams while muffins and frosting free cupcakes made with whole wheat flour can be used to replace pastries and cakes. Chopped fresh fruits are the healthiest way to end a meal on a sweet note. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Dietitian/Nutritionist.

I am regularly having allergy from smoke smell around me, just smoke smell, without being secondhand smoker, and suffering too much from sore throat symptoms, redden watery eyes, sleep shortage, worse temper and nasal pain and blockage. One of your respect doctors prescribed for me Montair tabs, but not exactly working, please help me with another prescription that mitigate my case, specially nowhere else I can avoid the smoke smell. Even the residue that left in corridor, office rooms and elevator can affect me.

You might require a CT scan of Nose and paranasal sinus to rule out sinusitis. Consult an experienced ENT specialist for expert opinion. If it's just allergic sinusitis, you might just require steroids spray which can be prescribed by ENT surgeon onlu, if there is no relief from montiar tabs.

Avoid chinese, spicy, fried &junk food. Take small frequent meals. Donot eat hurriedly, chew properly. Keep more than 2 hrs. Gap between dinner &sleep. Do stool test by conc. Method for three consecutive days, consult after reports.

The sudden pains only in your age are not suggestive of any heart problem. For heart linked problems we must also keep other factors related to heart in our mind. It can be either a nervous or muscular pain and in your case the chances are of for a nervous pain as these pains are intermittent every 2 months. Homoeopathic medicine hypericum 30 (dr reckeweg) drink 5 drops in 1 spoon fresh water 3 times daily for 2 months.

Hello you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Go for cycling, swimming and skipping etc. Take 1glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Include more vegetable and fruits in your diet. Drink more water in a day. Avoid junk food. Take small meals in frequent intervals. Delayed menses may be due to Anemia, weakness, stress, Hormonal imbalance, Pregnancy and other Uterine structural problems. Most probably you are suffering from poly cystic ovarian disease. In this problem instead of follicle rupture and ovulation follicle is transformed into small cystic structure along the periphery of ovaries.
