Apply turmeric powder on your cavity. Leave it for 10 minutes and then rinse your mouth. Another option is to mix turmeric powder in sesame oil and apply it on your teeth. Leave it for 10 minutes and then rinse your mouth.

I feel numbness in my foot when I fold my legs for more than 20 to 30 minutes is this need to treat or is it natural.?
It is natural and happens with all. Due to pressure, blood supply to lower limb gets compromised. This leads to numbness while sitting with folded legs for long. It becomes normal after few minutes. For prevention, keep changing your posture after 5-10 minutes.

Take tab dolo 650 mg one sos for fever, do cold sponging. if not ok consult again or consult physician. if not ok in 3-4 days , do blood test- cbc, typhidot, malarial antigen. consult with report.

you should not get disheartened by your disease. Now with so many advances in medicine it is very easyto control your disease. Asthma is actually an allergic disease and this allergy can be due to any thing even food products and pollution do increase the symptoms. but if your treatment is planned properly this disease will not hamper your life at all

Take sanjeevani ras vati twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya jwar nigraha capsule and punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Avoid salt as more as possible. Drink luke warm water. Wipe your body with clean towel.

Hi, Please follow these tips: Don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 PM, Take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch TV till late night. Sleep in a dark and silent room.

Hello sir, I want to lose my weight. N increase my height. My height is 4.11 and weight is 51  kg. Please help me.
Increasing height is not possible as it is determined by your genetic nature. You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen/or chest. There are matters to be discussed personally. Comprehensive exercise& diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given if you ask me. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 kms and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.

Hi, This is Dr Akshay from Fortis Hospital, New Delhi. Osteoarthritis is degenerative condition of joint in which the articular cartilage undergoes degeneration as a result of which joint starts paining. Precautions : Dont sit cross legged, on Indian toilets or any posture which eccentrically puts load on the knee joint. You should walk 2-3 km/day, do regular quadriceps and hamstring exercises initially under supervision of physiotherapist and then on your own and also maintain good calcium/vitamin D metabolism. As you already had menses after having sex, you can not be pregnant. Delayed menses this time is not related related to pregnancy or sex which you had in feb. Menses can naturally delayed by hormonal changes or stress.

Remember, a healthy body is a healthy brain. Eating right and keeping stress at bay helps not only your mind focus on new information, but also is good for your body too. Getting a good night’s sleep every night is important as well. You need to focus on what you’re doing and the information you’re looking to encode more strongly in your brain. These tips will help you do just that: 1.Focus on it. So many people get caught up in multi-tasking, that we often fail to do the one thing that will almost always improve your memory — paying attention to the task at hand. This is important, because your brain needs time to encode the information properly. If it never makes it into your memory, you won’t be able to recall it later. If you need to memorize something, quit multitasking. 2.Smell, touch, taste, hear and see it. The more senses you involve when you need to encode memory, usually the more strong a memory it becomes. 3.Repeat it. One reason people who want to memorize something repeat it over and over again is because repetition seems to work for most people. 4.Chunk it. Divide the large amount of information into smaller chunks, and then focus on memorizing those chunks as individual pieces. 5.Organize it. Our brains like organization of information. By carefully organizing what it is you have to memorize, you’re helping your brain better encode the information in the first place. 6.Use mnemonic devices. They help us remember more complicated pieces of information through imagery, acronyms, rhyme or song. 7.Learn it the way that works for you. People often get caught up in thinking there’s a “one size fits all” learning style for memorizing new material. That’s simply not the case - different people prefer different methods for taking in new information. Use the style that works for you, even if it’s not the way most people study or try and learn new information. For instance, some people like to write things down when they’re learning something new. Others may benefit more from recording what they’re hearing, and going back to take more detailed notes later on at their own leisure. 8.Connect the dots. When we learn, we often forget to try and make associations until later on. However, research has shown that memory can be stronger when you try and make the associations when you first take in the information. For instance, think about how two things are related, and the memory for both will be enhanced. Connect new information to existing information or experiences in your mind.

My wife 51years old is having multiple ovarian cysts about 30mm sizes, since 15years without pain. What should be done?

These cyst must be a part of her pcod as her wight is also 90 kg. Primary objective of your treatment is weight reduction. This will regularize the monthly cycles and also help you get pregnant. You can take metformin to reduce weight. For reducing your weight you should have brisk walk or jogging for 4-5 km daily, high protein diet (fish, chicken, mutton without fat, pulses, mushrooms), low carbohydrate diet (avoid rice, chapatti, bread, poha, upma, idli, dosa, potato, sugar etc and can use bhakri instead) and low fat i. E. Less oil and preferably use rice bran oil. If she has already stopped her menses and still there r cysts present then she should be investigated for other causes like ovarian tumor, ca125, ct scan if needed.

High levels of stress increase the production of cortisol, a hormone that causes testosterone levels to plummet. Try relaxing for at least 15 minutes a day to reduce cortisol levels and improve your sex drive – you might be surprised by the results.
