Dear lybrate-user, its quite common to gain wt post delivery specially after c sec as usually v r not physically active after this. Indian diets after delivery are ladden wid cal minus nutrition. I wod suggest exercise n rt n healthy nutrition for you to loose your weight while maintaining energy thru out d day as you hv to luk after your little one as well. N no eating just cornflakes will nt help you in dis.

Anemia - What Diet Should You Follow?

Anemia is a disease which occurs due to the lack of red blood cells or hemoglobin in your body. The body transports oxygen and the nutrition you get from food, to various body parts through hemoglobin, and a deficiency can cause lower supply of these important elements to the body. Which is why, the patient may feel a lack of energy, dizziness and even exhaustion. Most people don't realize its existence, so it's important that you know the symptoms, causes and cures of this blood disease. And, the foods one should eat to avoid anemia.

  1. Lack of iron: There are various forms of this illness, and one of it is iron deficiency anemia. The red blood cells in the blood contain hemoglobin, which requires iron for formation. If the diet is not adequately loaded with iron, the person can have iron deficiency anemia. This is the most ordinary one that occurs to people, but with adequate care through food, exercise, and medicines, you can tackle it.
  2. The root cause: Faulty production of red cells (hereditary conditions like sickle cell anemia, bone marrow disorders, etc. is the common cause of anemia. Excessive destruction of red blood cells, which is not compensated by normal production (spleen disorders, thalassemia, etc.) can be another reason. People with blood loss conditions (ulcers, gastritis, internal bleeding, excessive menstruation, childbirth, etc. and the ones who consume a poor diet can also get this blood disease.
  3. Know the symptoms: There are essentially nonspecific symptoms of anemia, but overall fatigue with very low energy levels as the body does not receive enough nutrition to perform various functions can be one of them. Reduced heart rate, fainting, and pallor of skin and whites of the eye are common indicators of this illness. Check with your doctor if you face any of these issues.
  4. Foods for prevention: If you follow a healthy diet that is full of nutrients like iron, you can keep anemia at bay. Remember, weight is not an issue here. If you have a good diet intake, you need not worry about being slim. Often, women who are thin get labeled as anemic, which is far from truth. When it comes to nutrients, iron-rich foods should be eaten along with vitamin C to improve its absorption. Vitamin B12 also plays a significant role in absorption. Meat including red meat, lamb, pork, chicken, beet, ham, turkey, and seafood including salmon or tuna can be included in your diet. Other foods like legumes, soybeans, veggies (dark green leafy vegetables, spinach, peas, broccoli), dried fruits and nuts, tofu, pumpkin and eggs are rich sources of iron that can be consumed by vegetarians. Cereals like red rice, brown rice or fortified cereals with a good source of iron can also be included in the diet.
  5. Don't miss out on iron, ladies! Women are likely to be anemic (with symptoms like fatigue and paleness) and hence they should constantly monitor for iron levels and shift to a diet rich in iron. Furthermore, iron supplements can be consumed in the form of tablets, syrup, or tablets with the guidance of a doctor. In severe cases, where there is a significant blood loss, especially with childbirth or internal bleeding, the sufferer may require transfusion. All in all, anemia is definitely manageable with planning of diet, especially during times the like menstruation and pregnancy. Net per itna search kiya ki koi medicine ya koi technology ho jis se pannis length bad jaye, but sab fake hai ko kehta hai ki jelguing ,streaching karo, sanda oil, xtralarge capsules khao, but San fake hai. Is problem ke karan har time mind par stress rehta hai. Please haath jod jar kahta hoon agar koi ASA tarika hai jis se mere pannis ki sahi growth ho toh please help me. Kyonki asa lagta ki meri body me aur dead body me koi difference nahi hai. Kuch meri bodi ki instructions de raha hoon (body length 5 ft, 7 inches)(weight 43 kg) (pannis length 2 inches) while stands gets 3_4 inches.

Dear lybrate-user, I don't think you should worry at all. Length of your penis doesn't matter for sexual satisfaction. Length of your penis when erect is 3-4 inches which is perfectly normal because the length of the vaginal canal is 7.5 cm and female get more arousal and satisfaction when penis is rubbed in the outer third of vaginal canal. Scientifically you can satisfy a female very well like other males. It is your misconceptions which is giving you unnecessary stress. This stress can actually ruin your sexual life rather than size of your penis. Just remove this from your mind and relax.

Masturbation is not at all harmful medically. Neither it causes weakness, nor it causes any other harm. It is natural. Everybody does it. Rather it may be beneficial to your health and sexuality. Frequency may be dependent on your stamina and desire. Even you can do 3-4 times daily without any harmful effects. But extreme of everything is bad and too much indulgence in it indicates sexual addiction and may disturb your professional and social life. If done within limits, it may rather be beneficial. But better have natural sex and for that get married soon if not already married. Masturbation may cause psychological problems. If you think it is bad, you may feel unnecessary guilt. If you feel it is harmful to health, you may feel psychologically produced bodily weakness. So if you feel it is bad, don't do it. And if you do it, make your mind to realize that it is not at all bad morally or harmful medically and most of people of all ages do it regularly. Extreme of everything is bad, so do not indulge in so much of masturbation that it disturbs your professional & social life. Also keep your feeling toward your close relations or their friends free from vulgarity and sexuality. Hello, Swine influenza is an infection caused by any one of several types of swine influenza viruses. Swine influenza virus is common throughout pig populations worldwide. Transmission of the virus from pigs to humans is not common and does not always lead to human flu, often resulting only in the production of antibodies in the blood. People with regular exposure to pigs are at increased risk of swine flu infection. Prevention: Influenza spreads between humans when infected people cough or sneeze, then other people breathe in the virus or touch something with the virus on it and then touch their own face" Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread this way. Swine flu cannot be spread by pork products, since the virus is not transmitted through food. The swine flu in humans is most contagious during the first five days of the illness, although some people, most commonly children, can remain contagious for up to ten days. Recommendations to prevent spread of the virus among humans include using standard infection control, which includes frequent washing of hands with soap and water or with alcohol-based hand sanitizers, especially after being out in public. Chance of transmission is also reduced by disinfecting household surfaces, which can be done effectively with a diluted chlorine bleach solution. Also, avoiding touching one's eyes, nose or mouth with one's hands helps to prevent the flu. Anyone with flu-like symptoms, such as a sudden fever, cough or muscle aches, should stay away from work or public transportation, and should contact a doctor for advice. Staying away from other people who might be infected, and can include avoiding large gatherings, spreading out a little at work, or perhaps staying home. In humans, the symptoms of" swine flu" H1N1 virus are similar to those of influenza and of influenza-like illness in general. Symptoms include fever; cough, sore throat, watery eyes, body aches, shortness of breath, headache, weight loss, chills, sneezing, runny nose, coughing, dizziness, abdominal pain, lack of appetite and fatigue. Some patients may also get a rash, body aches, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. The incubation period (i. E. The period between exposure to an infection and the appearance of the first symptoms) from exposure to first symptoms is about one to four days, with an average of two days. The symptoms last about one to two weeks and can last longer if the person has a severe infection. There are everyday actions people can take to stay healthy. * Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it. * Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze. Alcohol-based hands cleaners are also effective. * Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread that way. * Try to avoid close contact with sick people. * Influenza is thought to spread mainly person-to-person through coughing or sneezing of infected people. * If you get sick, CDC recommends that you stay home from work or school and limit contact with others to keep from infecting them. Above all. Don’t get stressed by the fear of getting the swine flu. Stress can undermine your immune system. The flu doesn’t kill everyone and in most cases may prove benign. Mild exercise, meditation or yoga and healthy nutritious diet can help keep your immune system in good condition and able to ward of any infections. Treatment: In homoeopathy, there are many medicines (Gelsemium, Eupatorium Perf. Baptisia, Sabadilla, Arsenic Album, Arsenic Iodide, Phosphorus, Bryonia, Dulcamara, Rhus Tox. Etc.) which can be given to the patient as per the symptoms and signs and individuality of the case. It is safe for pregnant and lactating women also.

Red eye has many causes. You have to see if it is associated with blurring of vision, pain, discharge and other complaints. But commonly its allergic or infective in origin ie allergic or infective conjunctivitis. Which has simple treatment protocol. But still its wise to see an ophthalmologist for a thorough slit lamp examination to rule out other differentials for acute red eye.

A childs first tooth appears around 6months of age. Oral care should be strarted from then only. Wipe the teeth with clean gauze pieces. Do not let the baby sleep with milk bottles in their mouth. By the age of 2 yrs supervise the childs brushing twice a day with a fluoridated paste of only a pea sized quantity in rotatory motions. Make yr childs dental visits every 6months a priority.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4.We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Due to continuous itching of the affected part you develop eczema on the affected side. Do not scratch hard, just rub to get relief. Apply coconut oil with little camphor [capoor] mix in it to the affected part.
