With one tube intact, chances of getting pregnant naturally are not so bad. Get hcg test or tube test as it's called. Test is diagnostic and therapeutic by telling you about the blocks in tubes and clearing tiny blocks if present due to mucous collected in tubes and clearing tiny blocks if present. Pregnancy chances are more just after the test regarding iui, it's a successful way to conceive too though women get tensed up remember that to conceive, relaxation of mother to be is a therapy too.

Dear lybrate-user usg machine calculate days according to baby's size and weight. If baby is of large size then dates calculated by machine will be earlier than of actual dates calculated by your menstrual dates. AFI naturally falls during 9th month but less than 10 is low and it might affect your labour process. Be watchful for your baby's movement. Large baby size with low afi can land you up in cesarean so be prepared.

All kinds of food you can eat. Focus on green leafy veg, fruits and wallnuts. Continue eating all what you were eating before. Usually during pregnancy food rich in fibre and folic acid i. E. Green leafy vegetable, protein like chicken, fish, pulses and more fruits and dry fruit should comprise of healthy diet. Along with tat full glass of milk twice a day will supplement calcium. In first 3 months there is increase chance of vomiting, so better to avoid more spicy and oily food.

I am age 40 years old female, going through menopause along with severe depression with suicidal ideation. Pls help.

MBBS, MD - Psychiatry
Psychiatrist, Mumbai
Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.
