Hello- Yes you can get STD during group sex if any of the person is suffering from it. Sucking penis without condom is also not safe. There are some harmful bacteria in genital tract which when comes in contact with oral cavity can cause serious issues and even throat cancer.

It's not possible to lower it within 10 days but I will suggest you to get your blood checked for cbc creatine levels and follow up with reports and we have to give symptomatic treatment and few tips on diet for kidney disease - have a low protein diet (decrease in milk and its products and also decrease in the intake of pulses and nuts etc) - can use corn oil, sunflower oil, olive oil for cooking -decrease the intake of butter, ghee, cream, coconut etc - avoid farsan food items - whole grain cereals are best for carbohydrate intake - get your blood checked for electrolyte levels regularly and adjust salt in diet as per the report values.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Please do not panic or worry. The whitish substance is called smegma. Smegma is a combination of shed skin cells, skin oils, urine, sperm cells and moisture. It occurs in both male and female genital organs. In females, it collects around the clitoris and in males, smegma can collect under the foreskin. There is no evidence that smegma causes penile cancer, but its presence over a long period of time may irritate and inflame the penis, which may increase the risk of cancer. It may also make it harder to see very early cancers. Clean the area beneath your foreskin daily twice after pulling your foreskin back. Take care.

Yes dear take pranayam is helpfull And also Take some medicine with this Take avipattikar churan berore meal 1 spoon three time a day And chitrakadi vati 2 tab aftee meal.

Avoid spicy food in your diet and Also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and For constipation eat food with high fiber content and eat bananas at bedtime and if necessary take two tsp of syp gudlax at night

Because of your age, you may be going through the effects of a spurt in the hormone testosterone as well as growth hormone. Together they can cause a lot of drowsiness and laziness. It lasts normally for two years. Due to this chemical alone, there are three identified features that present itself over which you will have poor control: you will be sexually active, aggressive and rebellious, and you will have acne and pimple problems. Then if you have unresolved childhood issues, they will compound the situation and fuel uncontrolled behavior. Please remember that you may not be aware of all this.Exercise will channelize a lot of your energy and help you to deal with the situation better. Meditation will also help. Make sure you get good sleep, a minimum of 8 hours and do not exceed 9 hours. You will need social acceptance especially from your friends. If you are not faring well in that area, then at least develop one or two close friends with whom you can share feelings and other matters. The social acceptance includes having a girlfriend but do not get too close as in a romantic relationship now – you will get easily drawn in with the hormones not yet fully settled down. Talk to a counselor, if there are unresolved childhood issues.

In acute stage of asthma take nebulisation with asthalin respules and few tips for asthma- avoid any triggering factor, take folic acid regularly, eat a healthy diet, always be stress free, exercise regularly.
