Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. Start natural calcium supplement. Do regular stretching exercise In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. This will give you relief in mild to moderate cases. give feedback after 10 days

My age is 29 & my height is 5'0 and my weight is 67 kg how much weight is excess and how much weight I have to loss because I have pain in two legs toe when I walk I have no pain but when I seat and stand it starts heavy pain and when I wake up in the morning it is having heavy pain in the toe I can't stand properly.

You need to loose 10-15 kgs weight but in a slow and gradual way.If there is any burning sensation and swelling in the toes,then get your uric acid levels tested.

You must do massage of the knee daily twice a day with sea same oil one inch above the knee one inch below the knee shin bone four inch below the knee 15 time each point and under the hollow portion of knee daily for five days. After that call back with the results and for more details like cracking etc.

I am 51yrs old. I have pain in wrist elbow, and too much pain in both the ankle what should I do? please tell me.

Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do ankle/foot & toe exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Sir myself 62 years old have frozen right shoulder, chronic pain in upper arm & shoulder since 2 month, done physiotherapy one month &one injection, no relief.

It seems you are suffering from frozen shoulder syndrome. Kindly show me your x rays of shoulder & cervical spine. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Do hot fomentation ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Do neck & shoulder exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. What exactly is a spine block injection? Will it work for long term low back pain due to disc problem?
Its a nerve root injection. It is given in some painful conditions where there is inflammation around nerve roots causing compression signs and pain in low back and lower limbs. It can be effective in wisely selected patients and may not need surgery for same patient. Long term results are good for properly selected patients.

Cold Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.

Kindly do a stretch for your hamstring muscles and your gleuteal muscles. Lie down on your back. Bend one knee up to chest level. Hold for 10 secs. Lie down on your back raise you leg one at a time straight up on a wall hold for 10 secs. This will get your hamstring stretch. Practise all exercises twice daily.

Muscle strain is there so do tens therapy and hot fermentation for 7 days after relief before walk and climbing stair do stretching exercise best for you.

To stay healthy at work and prevent back (spine) injury, lift with bent knees and tight stomach. And hold weight close to your body. Standing or sitting tall not only improves your breathing and prevents pain - you'll look and feel better. Keep computer monitors at eye level and the keyboard and mouse at elbow level. Take breaks to stretch and relax. Best wishes.

. The conservative management would be to keep ice in that inflamed area during the day time and also hot water fermentation which would help you to reduce the pain.

Dear at ur age it mainly occurs due to improper posture, try the tips they will help u:: 1.Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag). 2.Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. 3.Increase the consumption of vitamin C in diet. 4.Take fresh Ginger into pieces, place in the cup of water and boil it for 30 minutes in low flame. Cool for 30 minutes after boiling. Consume this solution with Honey. 5.While sleeping, lie straight on your back or with bent knees supported by a pillow. 6.Taking hot and cold compresses on an alternate basis can be quite helpful in relieving pain. 7. Do bhujangasana, mandukasana, shalabhasana and natrajasana daily for 10 min in morning. 8. Always sit straight and stand straight.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Exercises for joint pain: 1> Aqua-Aerobics - For some, running on the treadmill or elliptical can be very painful and do more damage to the bones than good. For those individuals, aqua-aerobics is a great option. Being in the water takes the weight and pressure off of your joints, while still providing a rigorous exercise. 2> Yoga - Yoga does wonders for strengthening muscles and increasing flexibility. 3> Stretching - There are so many different stretches you can perform to reduce joint pain. Depending on what muscles are causing you pain, these stretches can vary. Ask your PHYSIOTHERAPIST what is best for you. 4> Cycling - Try using the stationary bicycles. * Remember, everyone’s pain is unique, and these exercises may not work for everyone. Talk to your Physiotherapist about developing an exercise plan that suits your needs. NOTE: Joint pain occurs because of deficiency or excess of certain minerals. Kindly go for blood tests for precise diagnosis.

It seems your pain is a result of faulty posture. Adopt good posture sit tall shoulders back neck straight chest forwards. Take frequent breaks while sitting for long time. Do hot water fomentation on your neck 2 to 3 times a day for 10 mins. Do neck and shoulder exercises two times a day. Do chin tuck ins, neck up and down, side to side, take your arms up and down, and then up from the side. Learn this exercises from a physiotherapist.
