I am very this is this because I masturbate or anything else like I eat food non veg, veg also lentils drink milk but when I was young I masturbate a lot so is this the main problem of it please reply.

Thinning is not due to mastubation and for a healthy lifestyle Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

My age is 35 male, I don't smoke, my cholesterol levels are normal, my blood pressure is normal, my bmi is normal, I have the habit of consuming alcohol but only in limits, In general check up my ecg, echo,and the thread mill test are normal, Due to fear of heart disease I took twice all these tests in last 3 years, If all said above are normal, should I fear of heart disease sooner, I know its not overnite disease but at least how long will it take, to happen blocks.

No body can say. It can happen any time or never. However with your parameters your chances of getting heart blockages is meager. You advised to go for a medical check up once a year. Do exercise and donot eat junk foods or fried foods. Eat lots of salsa and fruits and go for a day's fast every week.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello I am 19 years old. And I am having serious problem of hairfall. Even by trying varieties of shampoo, it doesn't help me in any way. I hope you could recommend any homemade solution for the hairfall. And even hair isn't growing. From last three years I'm having the same length.

To Prevent hair fall follow these instructions and methods: • Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes do it under the supervision of yoga expert. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use Mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and enhance hair growth. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

1. Take balanced diet with proper combination of carbohydrate, protein and fat. Avoid diet high in saturated fats like red meat, whole milk, butter, cheese, cream, ice cream etc which hampers memory and concentration. Take complex carbohydrates like whole wheat bread, brown rice, oat meal, high fiber cereals, lentils, whole beans etc. Avoid processed foods like pasta, potato etc 2. Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits and drink green tea since they contain anti oxidants which enhance memory 3. Go for regular physical exercise like brisk walking, jogging, cycling etc for 30-45 minutes daily 4. Take some mental exercise like doing cross word puzzle, problem solving exercise, playing chess etc 5. Develop some new hobby and skill like learning music, dancing, playing new game etc 6. Take adequate rest. 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 7. Avoid alcoholic beverages, caffeinated drink, smoking and consumption of tobacco etc. 8. Develop healthy relationship with friends, relatives, family members for good emotional health 9. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation, severe physical and mental exertion 10. Focus on one task at a time rather than focusing on multiple task 11. Practice yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, increase concentration and enhancing memory.

I am doing gym from last one year and reduce my weight from 87 to 77 kg but from last two months there is no change in my physique, when I talk to my trainer regarding this he suggest me to take injected test steroids while doing heavy workout with it, frequency of injections is 3 per week (one in 2 day) bt I am little worry about taking this, please suggest me what to do.
