Eat small meals. Instead of 3 big meals, have 5 small meals every 3-4 hours. Eat slowly. Don’t sleep on a full stomach. Try to have an early dinner. Make sure there is a gap of 3 hours between your last meal and bed time. Wear loose-fitting clothes. Avoid certain known foods which cause acidity like, coffee, tea, colas, and citrus fruits, oily and spicy food. If your weight is high – losing a few kilos will reduce acidity too. Keep a gap of 2 hours between exercise and meals. Drink at least 3 litres of water every day. Try meditation and yoga to minimise daily stress.

Have your food in time. Have snacks, biscuits in case of delay. Have rabeprazole 20 mg everyday on empty stomach every day morning for one month. Consult gastroenterologist in case of persistent symptoms.

Dear lybrate user, you need to take homoeopathic nux vom 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach. You can also try homoeopathic liver tonic liv-t (sbl company). Take 20 ml of the aforesaid liver tonic, thrice daily, after meals. Try to drink as much water as you can drink daily. Try to get an uninterrupted sleep of minimum 8 hours.

1. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fried and junk food2 eat and drink slowly. 3. Avoid fatty food, carbonated drink like soda/ soft drink/beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5. Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean, peas, potato, lentil, lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mushroom, whole wheat bread. Fruits like apple/peach/pear 6. Avoid stress, anxiety 7. Stop alcohol/ smoking if you have 8. Go for regular exercise and avoid sedentary life style 9. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning 10. Take unienzyme 2 tablet twice daily after food for few days.

Hello, you can take Chelidonium Q, 10 drops with water twice ddaily and Carduus pentarken , 2 tabs twice daily. Do not eat heavy oily , spicy food, outside food. Drink plenty of water. Thanks.

Hi Mixing two teaspoonfuls of ghee in a glassful of milk and taking this once a day acts as a liner inside the gut and will heal all the destruction caused by the high flow of Pitta. Take pranacharya aceno syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya aceno capsule 1-1 twice a day. And avipattikar churna 1-1 gm with warm water. Take pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day with warm water. Take fresh butter milk empty stomach. Avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Junk food.

Please suggest diet to avoid Anal fissure? I am not taking maida products. Used to drink 4 ltrs of water daily. Drinks coconut water daily. U sed to have fruits juices and salads on daily basis. Still the same persists that too heart taking pain. duphalac syrup .am taking at bed time. hi u can have butter milk ,and things like that do not avoid them have lots of green leafy vegetables but avoid red chilly ..and hot spices avoid non veg like chicken and meat avoid breads but u can have roti all kinds no there is no problem for marriage u can get married easily and there is no issue in that ..and just continue with the same and sit in Warm water three times a day and apply lox cream 5 %three times a day ... continue all this for one month ..and let me know how u r feeling now

It could be due to gastritis/Hyper acidity 1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2.Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4.Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having,6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days .8.Consult physician for further advice.

I am 32 yrs male. I am suffering from abdomen pain since 4 yrs. I have already done usg and sexologist said that appendicitis after that I check in apollo, they given me gastrocopy (endoscopy & colonoscopy). But both report are normal. What should I do? the pain are after three months break.
