Isofed syrup belongs to a class of drugs known as nasal decongestant. It treats common cold, allergies, hay fever and flu. It provides relief to the nasal passage by shrinking the blood vessels. This syrup is therefore used in sinus and nasal congestion.
On using Isofed Syrup you may experience side effects such as a dry mouth, headache, nausea, constipation, stomach upset, dizziness and drowsiness. Certain severe reactions include seizures, hallucinations, irregular or slow heartbeat and difficulty in breathing.
